General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that we have to ask: Who’s caught on the traffic camera video: Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) or someone else?
In GH’s December 11 episode, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) discovered that a file had been mislabeled.
That meant no one had ever seen that particular traffic cam footage from the night of Drew’s shooting.
Nathan and Dante had it pulled up ASAP, which led to a significant discovery involving someone on the video.
This seems like a way to steer suspicion off Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and take the story in another direction once again.
Michael might be an option since viewers know he indeed drove to Drew’s house that night.
The cops have been in the dark on that up to now, but it’s possible Michael’s been caught in a lie thanks to this footage.
However, the show’s already set up the possibility of Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) being the reason Michael’s fake alibi falls apart.
Jacinda was with Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) the night of Drew’s shooting, so Michael’s claims about being alone with her all evening are false.
Will the writers really just throw away that angle and have Michael get caught on traffic cam footage instead?
Plus, Dante’s reaction arguably didn’t seem like one that said his brother was busted.
It could be a case of the show trying to throw fans off, but Dante didn’t act like he knew things were about to head downhill fast for Michael.
As for Willow, there’s a very good chance she drove to Drew’s place the night Drew got shot.
Willow just offered up her practice testimony and made it clear she didn’t go to Drew’s house, so the timing would fit for her lie to get exposed.
That’s especially true since Willow’s feeling so hopeful after Curtis’ arrest.
Just when Willow thinks her nightmare is over, she may learn she’s been busted on traffic cam footage.
If that’s the case, Willow will have to explain to Drew why she lied to him, too!
All this may force Willow’s trial to move forward, which makes sense as well since there’s been so much buildup.
Of course, there’s also a chance someone else was spotted on the traffic camera footage instead.
It all depends on where the writers want to take the whodunit next, but ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) has to focus on going after one shooter suspect in court.
