General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, July 8, indicates that Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) Daisy Gilmore (Levi Clark Coughlin) stalker plot was revealed while Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) planted a kiss on Ava Jerome (Maura West).
At the Quartermaine mansion, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) checked Daisy’s empty bassinet and informed Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) that someone had taken their daughter.
Outside the boathouse, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) stumbled upon Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) heated confrontation.
Lulu blamed Brook Lynn for making sure Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) found out someone else carried him as a baby, but Brook Lynn rushed to her own defense.
However, Gio fumed over Brook Lynn hurting Rocco and decided he was right to push BLQ away like he did.
After Gio said it was a mistake to come there tonight, he insisted it was one he wouldn’t make again.
Next on Tuesday’s GH episode, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) showed up at Rocco’s house since the teen had questions for him about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
It was obvious that Lulu and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) hated Britt, so Rocco wanted Jason’s perspective since he knew Britt and clearly had some affection for her.
Jason admitted he thought Britt changed toward the end of her life. Although Britt knew stealing the embryo was wrong, Jason also suggested it was hard for her to give Rocco up since she loved him.
Rocco acknowledged that without Britt, he might never have been born and was grateful for Jason’s take on her.
When Lulu came home, she ran into Jason outside and questioned him.
Jason explained that he’d told Rocco the truth about Britt, so Lulu definitely wasn’t happy about him sharing his experience with her.
At Wyndemere, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) held himself responsible for Natalia Ramirez (Eva Ramirez) demise, but Jenz Sidwell put the blame on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and vowed to make sure he wouldn’t get away with it.
Marco corrected Sidwell by insisting THEY would make sure of it, so they were obviously a team on this.
At the gallery, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) caught up with Ava, who complained about Ric lying and going behind her back to see Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
Although Nina thought Ava deserved better than Ric, Ava was reluctant to dump him.
At the Metro Court pool, Ric invited Elizabeth to see the symphony after interrupting her girls’ night with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). After Ric left, Liz made it clear that she wasn’t getting back together with him, but Portia didn’t seem so sure.
As for Ric, he made his way to the gallery and complained about the expensive new lights that Ava had installed.
It had resulted in withdrawn accounts connected to their blackmail money, so he was concerned about red flags and landing in prison.
Ava downplayed that drama and eventually confronted Ric about lying to her regarding his whereabouts recently.
Ric argued that he was just bringing Liz juice during her recovery and acted like he didn’t tell Ava because she’d overreact.
Once Cody came to help with the art installations for the new exhibit, Ric headed out.
Cody wound up kissing Ava once they were alone, but she ultimately pulled away and got flustered.
After giving Cody a half-hearted slap, Ava said that could never happen again.
Cody suggested he misread the signs and offered to leave, but Ava pushed him to stay since they needed to get this exhibit done.
Back with Ric, he stopped by Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house hoping to talk business with her, but he clammed up when he saw Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and took off.
At the PCPD, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) tried to give Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) a nudge toward single Cody, but Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) apologized for his matchmaking efforts.
Mac eventually learned there was a possible child abduction case, so Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and some officers searched the Quartermaine mansion for Daisy.
Sasha remained freaked out and mentioned all the strange occurrences lately, but then Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) found Daisy in the bassinet that was in the living room.
That news rattled Sasha, who insisted she’d already checked there. Sasha was adamant that she wouldn’t just misplace her own baby.
Olivia spoke to Michael in private with concerns about Sasha possibly having postpartum issues.
Chase also worried to Michael that Sasha might be imagining things and putting the baby at risk.
At the Metro Court, Nina wondered where Willow was at due to her late arrival.
Willow texted about traffic and finally showed up, but Nina was confused over what road she took since she personally didn’t have any problems.
Willow made more excuses, but a flashback revealed where she really was earlier.
It showed Willow lifting Daisy out of her crib and insisting they were going for a little walk.
Willow added that Sasha betrayed her and Michael wouldn’t let her see her children, so she planned to show them how it felt to have their child taken from them.
General Hospital spoilers say Willow’s mental health has definitely taken a major nosedive, so stay tuned for updates on all the baby mayhem that’s still to come!
CDL will have other great General Hospital spoilers, updates and news to read up on, so check back regularly for more GH details.
