General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, October 14, reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will have a marriage warning for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) while Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) finds Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), but there’ll be a catch!
For starters, Ric the basement hostage will assume help has arrived when he spots Liz coming down the stairs.
However, fans will see a twist since this rescue will only take place in Ric’s head.
Ric will simply dream that Liz has come to save him, so he’ll have to wait a bit longer before actual help arrives.
In the meantime, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will have a chat with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), who’ll praise him for doing the right thing and getting the girl.
Molly may be referring to Outback, who’ll play a key role in Ric’s storyline soon enough.
It appears Outback will lead Cody to the cellar door and set the stage for him to make a jaw-dropping discovery in the coming episodes.
Elsewhere, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) will agree to a new beginning.
Ava and Kristina are in the same boat when it comes to this whole Ric fiasco, so they’ll want to put the past to rest – at least until the next blowup happens!
Other GH spoilers say Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will have a total meltdown at the police station, where she’ll insist on seeing Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) right away.
Despite the orders Nina barks, ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) may push her to worry about her own changes since Nina’s been arrested for conspiracy to commit murder.
Over with Willow, she’ll be a frantic mess in the interrogation room.
Willow’s going to play the blame game and try to get sympathy from Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) since he’s her best ally within the police department.
When it comes to the evidence, Willow’s going to insist Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) set her up to take the fall for his own crime.
Although Willow got arrested for trying to kill Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), she’ll maintain that Michael must’ve pulled the trigger and worked to pin this on her.
Drew won’t want to believe Willow is responsible, so he’ll do everything in his power to ensure her freedom.
That’ll lead to a faceoff with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who’ll play hardball and try to show Drew who’s boss around Port Charles!
Next, Sonny will grill Carly, who’ll stonewall him when it comes to anything incriminating.
Carly will contend that another marriage to Sonny is the only way he’d truly pry info out of her since they wouldn’t have to testify against each other.
