General Hospital Wednesday, June 18 Recap: Stalker Lurks Outside Q Mansion, Kiki Memories Help Cody & Ava Bond

General Hospital (GH) recap for Wednesday, June 18, reveals that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) shooed the documentary filmmaker away and sat with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) as he met with his surgeon, Dr. Mohinder (Steve O’Connor).

Based on Kai’s latest test results, the surgery hadn’t worked well enough for him to play football or any other contact sport again.

Kai was crushed, so Trina once again pushed the documentary filmmaker to get lost.

Trina did her best to comfort Kai, who was upset over his dream getting dashed for good this time.

Although Trina didn’t want Kai to be alone right now, he insisted there was something he needed to do on his own.

At Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) place, she was distraught over gambling with her children and losing.

As Drew took the blame, he acted like he should’ve realized how despicable Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) was.

Drew admitted Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) had suggested another strategy that could help them get the custody case revisited.

After Drew said they should get married, Willow worried it could backfire with the judge.

However, Drew felt this move would make them a more legitimate couple with a stable home.

Since they were headed toward marriage anyway, Drew tried to convince Willow this would be in their best interest.

Willow was too tired and overwhelmed to decide right this second, so Drew sent her off to rest in the bedroom.

When Kai showed up at the door later, he told Drew that the documentary wasn’t going to turn out like either of them wanted.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Michael and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) discussed the custody situation regarding Daisy Gilmore Corbin (Levi Clark Coughlin).

Sasha didn’t want Michael’s name on the birth certificate and still wanted to raise this baby independently, so Michael worried she was cutting him out of Daisy’s life.

Sasha assured Michael that wasn’t the case and that Daisy would know Michael was her father.

Michael respected Sasha’s decision – though he wanted it in writing that if something ever happened to her, he’d be Daisy’s legal guardian.

Once Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) joined Sasha and Michael, they all gathered around Daisy for a sweet moment together.

Meanwhile, someone lurked and spied on the happy scene through the window.

In Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) office, he dodged Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) kiss and needed more time.

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) showed up, so Curtis talked to her privately about how his marriage might already be over.

On her way out, Jordan called Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in hopes of meeting up since she could really use a friend and a stiff drink.

At GH, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) crossed paths with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and let it slip that Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) left town.

Since Ric seemed overly drawn to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), Isaiah made it clear that he’d be looking out for Liz in Lucky’s absence.

If Ric messed with Elizabeth, that’d mean messing with Isaiah. Ric assured Isaiah that Liz didn’t need protection from him.

Afterward, Isaiah approached Portia to quiz her about Ric and feared he’d screwed up by mentioning Lucky’s departure.

Portia felt confident that Elizabeth could handle Ric herself.

Trina found Portia later and filled her in on Kai’s disappointing surgery outcome.

As the conversation turned to Drew, Trina declared that she hated than man so much.

Next, Elizabeth met with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who explained that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) asked for her help.

There was some talk about Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) wanting Elizabeth to sue the car company, but Liz just wanted to put the crash behind her.

At the Metro Court pool, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) found Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), who explained that he tipped off an employee to let him know when Ava Jerome (Maura West) made a reservation.

Since Ava was on her way, Cody pushed Kristina to get out of there.

Nearby, Kristina ended up spying on Cody as he flirted with Ava – at least until Liz called to push Kristina for a meeting.

Once Kristina visited Elizabeth’s place, Liz admitted she knew about Kristina causing the car crash.

Elizabeth explained what Lucky told her about Kristina trying to cut the brakes on Ava’s car and sabotaging Ric’s vehicle by mistake.

Although Liz wasn’t pleased over all the danger, she ultimately confessed she wasn’t going to rat Kristina out.

That said, Elizabeth wouldn’t hesitate to turn Kristina in if she pulled any other vengeful moves.

Ric was suspicious of Kristina and Liz’s conversation when he showed up, but he didn’t get any details.

Since Ric heard about Lucky’s departure, he told Elizabeth that he wanted to come check on her.

Back with Cody, he flaunted his chest to Ava by the pool and bonded with her over poker.

Ava took a trip down memory lane since she used to play cards with Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin), who liked to hustle people for the thrill of it.

Cody was sorry when Ava revealed that her daughter passed away, but Ava smiled over the memories and the chance to talk about Kiki again.

Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) showed up at the pool and didn’t look pleased over Cody connecting with Ava.

Alexis met with Molly soon after, so Molly voiced her disapproval over Cody and Ava’s bonding session.
