In tonight’s Sister Wives Meri has been divorced from Kody for over a year now. She thought everything would have been resolved by now, but Kody wasn’t being helpful. He still hasn’t told her anything about the family property in Coyote Pass. She owned one fourth of it. She put money into the family business.

She helped him buy the property and now he was refusing to even discuss it with her. Or with Janelle. The only wife that didn’t want anything from Coyote Pass was Christine. Christine was so set on escaping him that she didn’t care she was losing out on the property. She was just glad to leave and move back to Utah.

It was Janelle that tried warning the other wives that they needed to focus on the family’s finances. Janelle helped Kody with the finances. She saw everyone’s efforts and work go into buying Coyote Pass.

She knew what she was owed and she wasn’t going quietly without it. Only Kody was a lot to deal with. He was great revisionist. He now claims he didn’t love anyone other than Robyn. He claimed he married the others because that was what was expected of him. He also now considers any communication with his exes to be nagging.

Janelle and Meri wanted to know when they’ll be bought out of the property. A question Kody couldn’t answer. Kody was claiming he was broke. He said he didn’t have the money to buy them out.

He made a big show of hiring a realtor and now he was trying to sell off parts of Coyote Pass to pay off his ex-wives. Kody didn’t tell them that he was going to sell off some of the property. He didn’t tell them anything. He just left them hanging. The wives then started making plans because they knew they couldn’t rely on getting anything civil from him.

Meri hired a lawyer. Janelle was thinking of hiring a lawyer as well. Janelle was moving to North Carolina. She wants to own and operate her own flower farm. She’s always loved being around flowers.

She was supposed to have her own greenhouse in Coyote Pass and that didn’t work. Well, now Janelle was buying a flower farm. She put in an offer and it was accepted. It will be bigger than her lot in Coyote Pass.

It also gives her a chance to build a large home for her many kids and grandkids. Janelle was ready to move on. It was Kody being noncommittal that was stopping that.

The family’s property in Coyote Pass was fourteen acres. Kody was claiming that Meri’s part of it was a mere acre and a half. He was trying to screw his exes over with the finances. Meri mind you has always worked.

She put money into the family fund. The same family fund that paid for the kids’ cars. The same family fund that paid for the kids’ colleges. Kody didn’t pay for any of that with Meri’s one child. Kody literally told Meri that because she only has one child that she should pay for everything for him.

Kody has been screwing over Meri long before the catfishing or the move to Las Vegas. He was now saying he never loved her and Meri was at a point where she’s saying “screw you too”. She moved back to Utah. She got a dog.

She launched a business. She’s now just waiting on the return of her loyalty to the family. She wants what she’s owed. Kody wants to screw her out of that. He’s saying he bought most of the part himself and his ex-wives are poking holes in that. There was never his and her funds. Kody was in charge of all of it.

Christine used to hate it that Kody had to sign most of the checks. She’s now buying property with her new husband and the other exes are thinking about their next stage as well. Janelle was happy with her flower farm.

Meri was out there dating. Kody had some dating advice for Meri. He told her that she should ditch her girlfriends because they were b*tches and will get in the way of her finding love. He said that after it came out that her friends helped her find a lawyer. And the lawyer was sending demands to Kody.

Kody couldn’t be trusted. Nor could he be truthful. Christine was starting her own business. She was finally her own boss and it reminded Robyn of when she started her own business.

She started “My Sister Wife’s Closet”. It was a jewelry business. It also didn’t go very far or become successful because it wasn’t making any money. The business got shelved. Kody’s choice after all. Kody was now claiming that Janelle was the one that made financial choices. He also believes she took her own funds from the family and left them in a dire position.

And so it’s a good thing that lawyers are now involved.

THE END!
