In tonight’s Survivor episode, Yellow Sophie was gone! Sophi turned on her too. Sophi said all of last week that she wanted to take down Savannah. She was given a chance to do that very same thing at the last tribal and she blinked. She chose to go with an easy choice. Which was the other Sophie.

Sophi did it because Sage was focused on getting Yellow Sophie out. Sage was doing it out of revenge and Sophi still wasn’t getting any credit for any of her moves. It’s what started all of this. Sophi wanted to stand out of her alliance’s shadow. She wanted to show that she could blindside people. And when the chance came, she didn’t take it because it was safer to make another move.

Sophi hasn’t even told anyone about her advantage. She could use her advantage to steal someone else’s. She’s been holding onto this secret for a while now. She hasn’t found anyone she trusts enough to tell. This included Rizo and Savannah. She works with them. She plots with them. She just doesn’t trust them.

Sophi was running out of opportunities to take out one of them. Now, they were down to the final six, she was getting antsy. It was raining all the time. They were stuck in a huddle. Sophi couldn’t wait for better weather and so she began to plot in open view.

This time it was against Savannah again. She couldn’t touch Rizo. Rizo had lied to everyone when he said he had to play his idol. He doesn’t have to play it until they were down to the final five.

He has an extra tribal council in him. He just said that to buy himself time. He’s been bluffing for weeks now with that Immunity Idol. Everyone knew about it. They’ve discussed flushing it out on more than one occasion. Rizo knew about those conversations and yet he doesn’t let that get to him. The one thing he never lacked was confidence.

They later had their Rewards Challenge. It was a Mexican feast. They all played for it and it was Savannah who ultimately won this challenge. She was allowed to bring two others with her to the reward.

She brought Rizo and Soph. They were her biggest allies. They also all get to read letters from home. It was a huge thing on Survivor because they’d been away for so long and a reminder of what they were fighting for will help push them ahead. It was a little funny that Savannah chose Soph while Shop was actively working to oust her.

Soph told Kristina that she was ready to get rid of her. Kristina actually got worried after the Rewards Challenge. She thought it might change Sophi’s mind and she wasn’t wrong because Sophi took that reward as a guarantee that their alliance was the strongest. She said that reward was a message from God as well as home.

It’s why she finally told them about her Knowledge Is Power advantage. She mentioned it in connection to stealing Steven’s advantage. This way they get rid of the final person in their alliance’s way – Steven.

Steven was good at challenges. He’s won several of them. They didn’t want him to win any more Immunity Challenges. What really sealed the deal on his fate was reading those letters from home. They were handwritten. They were so heartfelt that everyone felt so much happier reading them. Only there was one issue.

Sophi had already approached Kristina and Kristina read her like a book. She told the others about Sophi’s approach. She put her faith in Sage and Steven. Steven does the same in return because he told them that he doesn’t have a Steal A Vote. He had the weaker Block A Vote.

They hoped on using it to block Savannah’s vote. They intended on voting her out. The one thing that could change everyone’s plan was in fact the Immunity Challenge. They had to balance a ball on a beam with just one leg. Rizo was out first. It was all part of his plan of course. Soph was out next.

Followed by Kristina then Steven. It was down to Sage and Savannah. Both of whom looked steady on this challenge. Sage tried to tell Savannah that she’d protect her if she let her have this one and Savannah didn’t believe her.
\
\Why would she? Sage has already written her name down. Savannah ended up winning her third Immunity Challenge tonight because she knew she couldn’t trust Sage to keep her safe. She was right to do so based on their plotting earlier.

She now has immunity. They all thought Rizo would finally play his idol. Soph was prepared to play her advantage. It didn’t look good for the other side. It was still six of them. If it came down to an even split, they’d be stuck and have to do it all over again.

Then along comes Soph’s new idea. She changed gears after Savannah won Immunity. She considered using her advantage to steal Rizo’s idol. She was just calling him her best friend too. Soph’s letter from home reminded her of when she watched the show with her late grandmother.

She felt that her grandmother would remind her that she didn’t know Rizo twenty-two days ago. He wasn’t that integral to her life. She could steal his idol and that would keep her safe right as people were floating her name.

It actually wasn’t Rizo who floated it. He tried to oust Steven. He tried to convince Sage to oust Steven. Sage even approached Kristina with that idea as well and Kristina said outright she’d never betray Steven.

She couldn’t be convinced to blindside him. She hinted to Steven what was happening. She didn’t want to let him distrust the others and so he gave away his advantage.

It’s a good thing because Soph tried to steal it and she got left with nothing. It had looked like Soph was going home until they counted the votes. It turns out Sage flipped.

Steven was voted out tonight because Sage knew she couldn’t beat him at challenges.

THE END!
