The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) recap for Thursday, July 24, reveals that Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) got an Italy invite while John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) surprised Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) with some mother-son bonding.
At the Spencer mansion, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) brought Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras) to see Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) again, so Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) was pleased over all the love and support for his son.
After some talk about Liam being a hero, Steffy reluctantly admitted Sheila was a hero, too.
Although Steffy hoped Sheila would stay on this better road, Liam guessed that she wasn’t holding her breath.
At Il Giardino, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) cracked more toe jokes before Finn arrived.
Sheila was delighted to see Finn, who made sure her recovery was going well and thanked her for helping to save Steffy.
Although Sheila brought up Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) and assumed Finn must have complicated feelings about her demise, Finn didn’t want to get into all that.
Even so, Sheila felt that Luna could’ve changed if she’d lived and been given a real chance.
In the Forrester design office, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) talked to Brooke about the magic of Italy, so Brooke thought back to memories of her last reunion with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) there.
Next on Thursday’s B&B episode, Eric Forrester (John McCook) spoke to Ridge in the CEO office, where he suspected that Ridge was with Taylor to put his family back together.
Eric didn’t think that was necessary since Ridge and Taylor’s children were adults now.
Any life that Ridge might build with Taylor couldn’t compete with the life Ridge could have with Brooke – at least that’s how Eric felt about it!
Eric warned Ridge not to take Brooke for granted since he might wake up one day and find that she wasn’t waiting around anymore.
Ridge looked pensive as Eric played up how Brooke was the only person in the world for him.
Once Nick showed up at the Forrester mansion, he made a pitch for Taylor to tag along on the Italy trip.
Nick joked about double dating and mentioned that Eric could try to pull another stunt to push Ridge toward Brooke.
Nick just didn’t see why Taylor would want to stay there in Los Angeles when she could keep an eye on Ridge in Naples.
