The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for the week of June 16-20 reveals that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will get some stunning news while Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) has a sad Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) realization. Hayes Finnegan (Bryan David Garlick) will also land in danger, so here’s what B&B viewers can expect.
First, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will take Hayes to the beach house, where Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) will spy in the distance.
When Luna notices Hayes is alone later, she’ll take that as her cue to walk up and give him a surprising present.
Luna will pull Hayes closer and presumably set the stage for the next phase of her kidnapping plot soon enough.
In the meantime, Nick Marone’s (Jack Wagner) return to Los Angeles will shock Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), especially when he plants a kiss and tries to sweep her off her feet.
Katie will get updates from Brooke later, so she’ll reel over Nick’s smooch and weigh in on who’s the best match for her sister.
Will Katie still believe Brooke belongs with Ridge or will she push her back toward Nick instead?
Ridge will grumble once he finds out about Nick’s return and the fact that he’s in Brooke’s orbit again.
Taylor will ultimately have a heartfelt conversation with Ridge – one that should take a difficult turn.
B&B spoilers say Taylor’s going to have a tough realization about Ridge’s lingering feelings for Brooke and how she’s still an issue between them.
Of course, Taylor may hope that’s a problem they can conquer, but that dream’s going to fade quickly in the coming episodes.
Brooke and Taylor will eventually clash, so look for both Ridge and Nick to become tense topics of conversation.
As for Ridge, he’ll face off with Nick and show off his protective side when it comes to Brooke.
Ridge won’t want his half-brother around, but Nick won’t care and will make it clear that Ridge doesn’t get a say in Brooke’s romantic future anymore.
Back with Steffy, she’ll contact Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) and try to get her back in LA, so Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will object since she’d rather not have any Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) competition.
