The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, April 30, reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will have a fierce ally while Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) gets pushy. Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBlanc) blunder will also rile up Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), so plenty of Genoa City excitement’s brewing.
After Lauren realizes Michael has gone behind Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) back to meet with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), she’ll sound the alarm.
Michael will defend his attempt to handle the tricky situation he’s stuck in, but Lauren will feel like he’s digging a deeper hole for himself.
Since Lauren knows how Victor operates, she’ll warn Michael about his latest move coming back to bite him in the end.
Over with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she’ll decide she’s fed up with Victor’s attitude toward Claire and Kyle’s relationship.
Nikki will try to take charge and get Victor to understand that Claire gets to run her own love life.
However, Victor is convinced that Kyle is the wrong man for Claire – mostly because he’s an Abbott!
The fact that Kyle is Jack’s son is definitely working against him when it comes to Victor’s view of Claire’s romance.
That’s why Nikki’s repeated attempts to change Victor’s mind aren’t going to work.
Once Victor gets updates on Claire and Kyle’s decision to move in together, that’s sure to rile him up even more.
Over with Victoria, Y&R spoilers say she’ll get rather pushy with Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck).
Cole will face Victoria’s pressure regarding a difficult choice that he’ll ultimately have to make.
It’s possible Victoria will express concern over Cole’s persistent cough and whatever medical condition he’s up against.
Cole may need a specialist depending on what his regular doctor has to say.
Of course, it’s also possible Victoria will pressure Cole about something else.
Cole might feel the need to stand up to Victor or even have a conversation with Kyle to make sure he understands the gravity of cohabitating with Claire.
Regardless, Cole and Victoria’s relationship could be headed for a grim outcome if his cough is a clue about a serious illness.
Although Cole has made predictions about a bright future with Victoria, it could be cut short in the end.
