Beyond the Gates (BTG) spoilers for Thursday, August 27, hint that Tomas Navarro (Alex Alegria) will lean on Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle), while Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Natasha Nixon) lashes out, and Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) goes to extreme lengths to protect a loved one.
It’s another crazy and campy day in the DMV, so let’s unpack all the drama!
First off, it sounds like Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) will launch a bit of a domino effect on Thursday’s show.
He’ll present a proposal to Naomi Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit). While Naomi has made it clear that she doesn’t want to join Bill’s firm, she has been overseeing things for him during his latest medical crisis.
Will he officially ask her to be a partner? What will her answer be?
This may cause Tomas to spiral! The young man has been working hard to become Bill’s right-hand man; however, as the adage goes, blood is thicker than water.
This may be the reason that Tomas turns to Eva to vent about this latest development at work.
Tomas has brought up his beef with Naomi in the past to Kat, but as Kat is quite close to her cousin, she hasn’t really provided a good listening ear for him.
He may skip Kat entirely with this new development and decide to go to his only friend in town, which isn’t the best idea considering their history. Not to mention Kat’s history with Eva.
With that said, BTG spoilers for the August 27 episode suggest that Kat may be too busy locking horns with her mom, Nicole Dupree (Daphnee Duplaix), to notice her boyfriend is hanging with her half-sister!
What will Nicole and Kat clash about? Fans will have to tune in to find out.
Elsewhere, big brother Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) will help give little bro, Izaiah Hawthorne (Lami), some advice.
Is this about his relationship with Eva or mending fences with their dad, Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik)?
Lastly, it sounds like Ted may cross a line to protect Andre Richardson’s (Sean Freeman) secret.
Ted knows a thing or two about keeping secrets in a marriage, but considering his ended because of doing just this – keeping secrets – shouldn’t Ted discourage this type of behavior?
