First off, Leslie turns to Joey for help, but this has nothing to do with their partnership or impending free clinic venture.

Is this about her obsession with Ted that she just can’t quit? Will she ask Joey for help to “get him back”? How will Joey respond?
Speaking of Ted, Nicole will have some harsh words for him, so it sounds like they’ll run into each other during Thursday’s show.
He may throw out some judgment about her dating lifestyle, as he doesn’t approve of it.
Nicole is seeing both Dr. Kial Rollins (Greg Vaughan) and Dr. Carlton Fitzgerald (Robert Christopher Riley), much to Ted’s dismay.
Still, Nicole can hold her head up high knowing she’s being honest with both men, and added teasers state that she will put Ted in his place.
Although that doesn’t mean Nicole won’t feel a little guilty about the situation.

During the Wednesday, February 11 episode, Carlton did run into Nicole while she was out on a date with Kial, so his disappointed face might still be screenshot into Nicole’s brain!
Vanessa knows a thing or two about having more than one relationship on the go, so the blonde will do all she can to comfort Nicole’s conscience.
Speaking of Carlton, he’ll get a lecture from Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson), so will he complain about Nicole to the nurse? Whatever he says, Shanice will firmly shut him down.
Lastly, Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings) has news for Randy Park (Maurice P. Kerry) that will upset him.
BTG spoilers imply that she’ll fill him in on her recent plan with Lynette Wise (Dominique Madison), and Randy won’t be happy with the move Hayley’s made.
It sounds like Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik) and Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) won’t stop until they find the perpetrator who roughed Hayley up, and since there isn’t one, this silly “mugging” scheme could blow up their current plot to off Bill.
