Beyond the Gates (BTG) spoilers for Wednesday, August 5, state that Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) will get a devastating blow, while Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) taunts Nicole Dupree (Daphnee Duplaix).
It rubs Leslie the wrong way that Nicole is dating two handsome doctors, and she’ll blast the woman due to jealousy.

Is this related to her health? She didn’t seem overly excited about getting intimate with Izaiah Hawthorne (Lami) during the Tuesday, August 4 episode, so this could be about that.
Meanwhile, Izaiah will meet up with Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis).
This is likely about the charity work that Vernon is doing with Banneker University, but will they also talk about Izaiah’s relationship with his father, Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik)?
Izaiah and Elon are trying to mend fences, and as Vernon is considered family, he may offer some insight to the young man.
Finally, BTG spoilers for August 5 suggest that Tyrell Richardson (Jaden Lucas Miller) will have a plan that goes awry.
All arrows are pointing toward the fact that his two dads, Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) and Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning), will catch wind of this scheme and stop him in his tracks.
Could he decide to change universities? Tyrell originally wanted to go to Banneker but is flip-flopping since his gal pal, Jessica Harris (Camryn Jade), is going to UCLA.
