In tonight’s Big Brother episode, an icon goes home! They’ve been accused of running this game from day one. They did receive the unfair advantage of being the only ones allowed to play for HOH that first week and so they set a tone. They did that. They pursued a game of chaos. They undermined their own allies.

They were finally facing repercussions from everyone they double-crossed and they were already turning on each other. Dee and Angela were ready to ditch Devens. Devens had an outburst at Dee in which he told her to shut up because he hated how she second guesses his decisions. And made him feel dumb.

Devens also needed a moment away from Angela earlier in the week. He thought she was delulu. She was apparently living in her own world and didn’t recognize the threat of Barrett until he himself straight up told her about it. The trio were strong at first. They’re now collapsing. Barrett created a new alliance and final five with everyone other than the icons.

He thought it’ll last. He barely last the launch of that alliance. Yash hated Drew. Drew hated Yash and Taylor. Taylor hates Drew as well. Melody was playing it in the middle and the same goes for Barrett.

Barrett did what he wanted to do since the Toolshed. He made a big move. He put all three icons up for nomination. He also chose Yash to play in Veto because he knew Yash would win. He did. He then chose not to play it on any of the three. So, one of them was going to be saved by BB Blockbuster. The other two will sit next to each other on Eviction night.

The night came upon them real quick. They were trying to figure out how to stay in the house. They were no longer a trio. It was each person out for themselves.

Dee and Angela might stay if they’re next to Devens because neither Melody nor Yash want him. Him staying would turn things into a boys’ club. Melody knew it. Its why she was vouching for a woman to stay until Angela began running her mouth. Angela saw Melody with Drew. She kept trying to set them up.

She saw them fooling around in the pool. She asked them to kiss and they thought it was so embarrassing. Even as she later apologized, she just kept going about their relationship and they feared she’d put a target on their backs.

Determining who goes home could set things apart at the end. Angela wasn’t a threat, but that could also make her the biggest threat of them all. She could win it all if she stands against someone deemed unlikeable for whatever reason. Dee had her own dangerous elements. She was great at comp. The best out of the three. She was also willing to send both Drew as well as Barrett home. She doesn’t trust them. Their trio with Melody was a danger that she pointed out to everyone. Devens tried to do the same.

Devens was closer to the guys than the women were. He could recreate a trio with them. One that excluded both Melody and Taylor. They had to consider that too. Still, fate has a way of making all plans ruinous. The BB Blockbuster. Dee and Angela gave it their best. They just couldn’t match the puzzle master as it turns out because Devens went on to win the BB Blockbuster. He put together a giant puzzle first. He was safe for another week. It was either Dee or Angela. Angela suspected she’d might go home. She didn’t run around trying to convince anyone to stay.

She more spent her time telling her husband his to-do list before she got home. Her goodbye speech was also about having fun and being grateful to have spent two birthdays in this house. She didn’t think she could do that. She was glad she did. Dee took a different approach. She named exactly who she’d target next week. She was coming after Barrett and Drew. She didn’t care what it took. She was coming after them. Not necessarily Melody. She made a good case for staying and anything could happen at the end.

It was no shocker that Angela was eliminated tonight. She was one foot out the door the whole week. She wasn’t a physical threat. She was an emotional threat. She being the only Big Brother returnee meant she came with a built-in fanbase. She was a massive threat. They could defeat her in challenges. Not in hearts. Angela left home wishing everyone well. She hugged Barrett in spite of not being able to tell him she loves him. She told everyone else those words. She couldn’t do it with him because her heart wasn’t there yet. And she admitted as much.

Angela finally released her kookiness with Julie during her exit interview. She loves love. She doesn’t think Melody and Drew would stick together afterward the show and she was still a huge fan of Dee’s. Its why she didn’t strive for a win tonight. She wasn’t mad at Taylor or Yash. They played a smart game.

But Angela still hopes that Dee wins it all.

THE END!
