Days of Our Lives Next 2 Weeks: Holly Sees a Ghost, Alex Traps Joy, Johnny’s EJ Betrayal Gets Worse

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, October 12 to October 23, reveal that there’ll be a disturbing encounter, a stunning setup and more family drama, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.

During the week of October 12-16, Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein) will suspect Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is a big faker after an incident in Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) apartment.

Joy will accuse Stephanie of going against the custody agreement by entering Alex’s home when Kelsey Kiriakis (Lena and Mira Chase) is there, but Stephanie will insist she heard crying and grew worried.

Alex will defend Stephanie’s actions before she privately fills him in on her theory that Joy is faking her paralysis.

It sounds like Stephanie will see just enough movement from Joy during that apartment incident to make her think Joy’s manipulating Alex.

After Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) walks Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) into a new deal, they’ll both make their way back to Salem.

Kristen will sneak a visit with Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) and support her daughter as she recovers from surgery.

As for Joy, she’ll apparently decide she needs a backup option if her Alex plan doesn’t work out.

Joy will undergo some physical training with Tate Black (Leo Howard) while still faking her paralysis and will get flirty with Tate in the process.

On another note, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) will meet with Hank (Giovanni Mocibob) the inspector at the Kiriakis mansion.

Maggie Kiriakis (Susanne Rogers) and Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) recently carried out a plan with the help of multiple Kiriakis family members to sabotage this inspection.

The goal is to make the place look like a moldy, rat-infested nightmare so that the sale will hopefully fall through, but will their plan really work?

In Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) office, she’ll quiz Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) about her true feelings for EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Cat will have to look deep within and figure out if she’s actually fallen in love with EJ.

Regardless, EJ will do exactly what Cat predicted he’d do now that some time has passed since she angrily quit.

Days spoilers say EJ will come crawling back to Cat and ask her to come work for him again.

Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) will also get a shock when he speaks with EJ about Dominic Marino and learns they may have another brother.

Next, Days spoilers say Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will plan a special way to honor Lexie Carver’s (Nikki Crawford) memory.

Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will also find out that the governor came through on her pardon in the end, so Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will want to rehire her as a detective.

Back with Tate, he’ll notice Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler) joking around together at the pub.

It’ll weird Tate out, but Mason and Holly may explain that they’re trying to start fresh.

Sophia will still be in disguise when she appears in the town square.

That’s where Johnny will whiz past Sophia without realizing the woman who tried to kill him is alive and back in Salem.

Johnny will eventually meet with Xander and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) since he’ll be determined to help clear the doc’s name.

It sounds like Johnny’s betrayal of EJ is about to get even worse, so more trouble’s brewing.

The week of October 19-23 may bring a heated confrontation between EJ and Johnny.

If Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) is right about EJ posing a serious threat to his own son, then Johnny could be in more danger than he realizes.

As for Holly, she should feel like she’s seen a ghost when she crosses paths with Sophia.

Holly may end up angry and terrified, so maybe Mason will get involved and reel when he realizes Sophia faked her demise.

Tate is in for a shock of his own when it comes to Sophia, but she may promise she comes in peace.

Days spoilers say Sophia won’t be as fixated on Holly and Tate following her return, but they’ll still be uneasy.

This could lead to Tate and Holly potentially leaving for France together since their joint exit will be happening in the not-too-distant future.

In the meantime, it looks like Alex will lure Joy into a trap that’ll ultimately prove she’s only pretending to be paralyzed.

Alex may arrange to catch Joy walking or even set up a hidden camera to prove her phony story.

Video footage would be best since Alex would have evidence of Joy’s manipulative behavior and could threaten to use it in court.

Alex may force Joy to sign a more reasonable custody agreement that includes Stephanie soon enough.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say some curveballs are still to come in Salem, so stay tuned for all the shocking news and fierce faceoffs.
