Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that Chloe Lane has some good reasons to come home to Salem. Nadia Bjorlin isn’t returning as Chloe, but there have been some big hints to indicate that General Hospital alum Sofia Mattsson is taking over as a recast.
With Mattsson’s DOOL debut happening in early 2027, it won’t be long until Chloe makes an exciting comeback.
Let’s talk about three ways this Chloe recast may shake up Salem with some new Days storylines.
1) Outraged Chloe unleashes wrath on Joy
Of course, we can’t ignore the fact that Chloe’s sister has been scheming up a storm ever since she made her own Salem return.
Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is hoping to ruin Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) marriage to Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein) and steal Kelsey Kiriakis’ (Lena and Mira Chase) for herself.
Since Joy has gone as far as faking paralysis and using her infant daughter to manipulate
Alex, Chloe will no doubt lash out once all that gets exposed. Days spoilers suggest Chloe and Joy’s reunion may be an extremely tense one.
Joy roped Craig Wesley into her plot by having him prescribe muscle relaxants, so Chloe should rant about that, too.
Chloe may be outraged over Joy’s actions and set her little sister straight once her homecoming happens.
2) Chloe & Brady’s romantic reunion
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) broke up with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) in the October 29 episode because he knows how much she still loves Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).
Although Sarah is fond of Brady, he feels he deserves someone who can offer her whole heart.
Could that someone be Chloe once she returns to Salem?
Brady and Chloe obviously have a romantic history, but they could ultimately get a fresh start with Sofia Mattsson in the role.
3) Chloe’s new career path
Chloe will probably find a new career waiting for her in Salem as well.
There may be some enticing job offer that lands in Chloe’s lap, so a professional opportunity could be part of her Days comeback.
