Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of May 4-8 reveal that some big Salem shockers are on the way.

After Javi collapses at the hospital, Leo will surely find out and fly into panic mode.
There’s a chance Javi could end up comatose depending on how this story plays out.
Since we know a new actor will replace Al Calderon after he exits in May, maybe a coma could lead to a Javi recast waking up in his place.
Once the DNA test results are in for Joy Wesley’s (AlexAnn Hopkins) baby, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) should get confirmation that he’s the father and have to navigate what that means for his life.
This news will also affect Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein), who may struggle to bond with her new stepdaughter.
Stephanie may soon feel like an outsider as Alex, Joy and little Kelsey start looking like a happy family unit.
Of course, Joy may hope that if she handles this correctly, Alex will divorce Stephanie and choose her instead.
Days spoilers hint that Joy will do everything she can to pull Alex closer through Kelsey.
As for Stephanie’s firearm situation, DOOL writers are clearly setting up a horrible twist.
It may take some time to play out, but Stephanie is bound to pull the trigger on someone down the road.
Until then, let’s talk about Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), who should have quite a story to tell after Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) apparently leaves him to die in an apartment fire.
Johnny’s going to survive, but the aftermath will get messy!
Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) could land in hot water if EJ realizes she’s responsible for Sophia nearly killing Johnny.
Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will be an emotional wreck, but she’ll ultimately be grateful Johnny made it out alive.
Later, Days spoilers say Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) will reading should move forward and bring some huge surprises.
Will Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) awaken and crash the gathering or will her slumber continue a bit longer?
