Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week for April 20-24 indicate that some important returns will bring some wild drama while Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) makes some volatile moves and brings some danger.
For starters, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) will deal with some temptation when it comes to Theo Carver’s (Tyler Joseph Andrews) journal, so it looks like she’ll sneak a peek and discover that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is bringing Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) back to life.
Once Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) makes it back to Salem, she’ll reconnect with Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) before hanging out with her old pal, Kristen.
Now that Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) has revealed that he’s in a new relationship, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) won’t be able to resist doing a little digging into the guy on social media.
EJ will also make a bold move when he forces Gwen Rizcech (Emily O’Brien) to find somewhere else to live.
Days spoilers say Gwen will get thrown out, so she’ll presumably find herself living at the Salem Inn soon enough.
At Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) urging, Chanel should move forward with making a doctor’s appointment and getting her breast lump checked out.
Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will have some fears about it and order up a mammogram right away.
Over with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Days spoilers say he’ll find out some news that leaves him angry over how Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is being treated.
Brady may also give Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) an answer on whether he’ll join Basic Black, but he seems to be leaning in the direction of a “yes” at this point.
Speaking of Steve, he’ll agree to help Stephanie learn how to shoot a gun, but he’ll at least want her to be safe about it.
Stephanie will have a little lesson with Steve and will ultimately start to fix her marriage to Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), but things are about to blow up all over again.
That’s because Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is headed back to town with a major revelation about Alex’s baby!
While Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) continues to deceive Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) about the Johnny lawsuit trap, Tate Black (Leo Howard) will face off with Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd).
Sophia will also take a phone call from Kristen, who’ll be eager to move forward with their plot to get rid of Johnny permanently.
However, there are plenty of ways for that disturbing plan to go off the rails, especially if Sophia hits the wrong target and leaves Chanel in a fight for her life instead.
In the meantime, DOOL fans can expect to see another showdown between Kristen and EJ, who’ll get smacked across the face during it.
Other Days spoilers say Chad DiMera (now played by Conner Floyd) will return to Salem with Thomas DiMera (now played by Alexander Elijah Bond) and Charlotte DiMera (Autumn Gendron), so the three of them will have a tricky reunion with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).
Chad will also put Gwen through a grilling session later, so they’ll have an awkward catch-up session of their own.
