Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of May 25-29 indicate that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will keep a promise to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) while Javi Hernandez’s (Al Calderon) new man makes his first appearance.
Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) also seems poised to get some bad news, so there’ll be some big moments happening on DOOL.
For starters, Days spoilers say Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) will struggle with worsening grief.
More evidence will be recovered from the river that leaves Amy an emotional wreck, so she’ll blame Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and want her to go down for manslaughter.
Amy will become increasingly convinced that Holly needs to pay for what happened to Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd), so she may pursue vigilante justice if the Salem PD doesn’t see things her way.
Other Days spoilers say Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) will surprise Cat Greene (AnnaLynne) by offering a truce.
Cat is never going to be Jennifer’s favorite person, but she’ll at least be willing to tolerate her.
Speaking of Cat, she’ll be at the center of EJ’s hypnosis mission.
Marlena will hypnotize EJ as promised, so what memories will he recover about being at the clinic with Cat in Italy?
If EJ follows the trail and puts too many puzzle pieces together, then he could figure out Cat’s ISA ties and realize she’s been secretly investigating him.
Over with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), he’ll get news about his CEO position being in jeopardy since Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) wants to force him out.
However, any corporate drama will have to take a backseat to Chanel Dupree DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) medical problems since it looks like her biopsy results will confirm she has breast cancer.
Johnny and Chanel will try to stay positive despite the bad news, but Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will still worry about her sister and lean on Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) for support.
Next, Days spoilers say Michael Ocampo will make his debut as Gus, the new guy in Javi Hernandez’s (Al Calderon) life.
Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will have a chance to meet Gus soon, so that could lead to plenty of pain and jealousy.
Elsewhere, Foster (Miles Anderson) will wonder if Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) would like to join him for dinner.
It sounds like Foster will want this to be a date, so Julie will have to decide if she’s ready for that.
Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) will always be the love of Julie’s life, but there might be room in her heart for some other companionship – whether it’s now or down the road.
Back with Marlena, she’ll head to John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) grave on the anniversary of his demise.
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) will also notice one pawn isn’t included on the chessboard that Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) left for Marlena.
It’ll leave Belle and Brady pondering the significance of this missing piece and what Stefano was trying to convey, especially since John was previously known as “The Pawn.”
