In tonight’s Farmer Wants A Wife episode, the farmers had to choose their final twos tonight. Braden’s farm was the most remote. He wanted to show them the hardship of the lifestyle so he showed them how to till the land and funnily enough one woman said that AI was capable of so much that there had to be a machine to do this faster.
She was right. Braden surprised them with the huge machine that did the work for them. He just wanted to test them. Which isn’t always helpful. Sophia herself realized that her connection with Brett wasn’t as strong as the other two so she was considering walking away. And she had a conversation with Brett about it.
Brett didn’t try to fight for her. He mostly sat in silence taking it in. All it did was make her point for her. Sophia walked away tonight because she had no other choice.
Their connection wasn’t strong enough to stay. It made Brett’s choice easier. He was down to his final tows while the others were still trying to figure their own out. Sean read the date card. He naturally chose the one that would test their intimacy. He just didn’t know who’d show up for the date and it proved to be Carson. They had to perform tantric yoga.
It didn’t sound like much because yoga was often dismissed. Only tantric yoga was different. It was all about using each other bodies to build core strength.
It also happened to be something the singer Sting claimed to have helped with his own intimacy with his wife. These two were still new to this so they followed the manual and they were getting very intimate on Fox. It showed them both that there was strong chemistry between them. It gave them that much needed confirmation. The other guy explored different things with their dates.
Braden chose Casey for a solo date. She said she knew that chemistry was important only she wanted to test something else. She wanted to see if their compatible in the kitchen.
They each have family traditions. Their families were very important to them. Casey then invited Braden into the kitchen so that they could bake together. She even shared with him her family’s cookie recipe. Its been passed down for generations. By sharing that with him, she welcomed him into her family and he respected her a lot for it.
Braden said that Casey was someone he could already picture in his future. She was someone that would fit in with his family and he didn’t doubt that he could fit in with hers. They were similar in a lot of ways. It still gave intimacy without all the extras. Brett’s solo date with Quinn went differently.
He went into the date hoping for physical intimacy and she wanted to see if she could play with him. Not in the dirty way. She instead blindfolded him and had him taste test cakes. She didn’t prepare them with him. She just fed them to Brett.
It was a little lackluster. The two ended up talking after the cake session. They were both vibing with each other and it ended in a makeout session. It was what Brett wanted all along. It just didn’t seem like they made any inroads to where they needed be. They might’ve failed that test.
If anything, there had been a moment when Brett threatened to freak out if anything other than food went into his mouth while he was blindfolded. The farmer soon backtracked on that saying this was a test of trust and somehow it didn’t wipe out his comment from earlier because he didn’t quite trust her just yet.
Three dates with that all went differently. The farmers spent time with the other women as well. They tried to talk to them even if it wasn’t a solo date and what they learned helped them make a final decision tonight. Braden said goodbye to Cameron. They talked.
She mentioned it took her longer to open up so that might’ve pushed him off the idea of her. Sean struggled with his decision. He needed a conversation with the producers before he could make one. Sean was so afraid of hurting someone that he was frozen for a bit. He eventually pulled Olivia aside to tell her that they didn’t have a future.
But he was never sure if he said that because of outside pressure or if he really felt that way.
And Brett didn’t have to make a choice because he was already down to his final two.
THE END!
