General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that 16-year-old Kayden Brenna Tokarski has been recast as Scout Cain.
GH official news says the teenage actress will take over for former Scout Cain, Cosette Abinante, who entered the part in 2022.
General Hospital fans should expect to see the SORAS Scout enter the GH canvas sometime in July 2026.
According to multiple sources the General Hospital powers-that-be decided on the recast to “age up” Scout, so it sounds like Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may have his hands full dealing with teenage girl problems, very soon.
That is, if Drew ever gets out of his ‘locked-in’ syndrome!
While Tokarski is a newcomer to the land of soaps, she’s been in the acting scene since she was 10 years old.
She played a young version of Julia Roberts’ “Martha” in the Starz flick, Gaslit in 2022, and has also been seen in Lifetime movies, My Professor’s Deadly Secret, Killer in the Woods, as well as the sci-fi film, Roswell Delirium.
The actress recently finished Quads & the Kicker and will appear in Curse of Vandor (and its sequel), set to be released soon.
Fans caught a glimpse of the teen actress when General Hospital released a fun video on Monday, June 1 via Instagram.
The cast and crew gathered to celebrate the taping of its 16,000th episode, and Tokarski was among the her colleagues, having a great time.
