General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, September 18, reveals that Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) schemed against Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in a big way.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) also got some shocking info about Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) extradition, so here’s how Friday’s GH episode played out.
At the Quartermaine stables, an anxious Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) tried texting and calling Charlotte, but she didn’t answer.
The show flashed back to a conversation that viewers hadn’t seen yet between Charlotte and Danny.
That conversation spelled out Charlotte’s plan to score some compromising images of herself with Drew.
The goal was to use the images as leverage and threaten to expose Drew for being with a teenage girl.
Danny insisted this was a terrible plan and refused to let Charlotte go through with it, but she went behind his back to carry it out anyway.
While Drew was meeting with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) at the Metro Court Gardens, Charlotte set up her phone to record near his car.
Charlotte managed to sneak inside the vehicle on the passenger side and got down in the floorboard.
That’s where Charlotte started to undress and unzipped her jacket preparing to put on a show for the phone video.
When someone opened the car door later, Charlotte looked taken aback.
During Drew’s meeting with Jordan, he talked about using his connections to look into speeding up Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) release timeline.
Jordan wondered what was in it for Drew and was skeptical as he played up his desire to repair damaged relationships.
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) had a meeting at the Metro Court Gardens with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and scolded him for not telling her about Charlotte being involved in Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) latest truck mishap.
Although Lulu didn’t think it was good for Danny and Charlotte to hang out so much, Valentin disagreed.
Lulu eventually complained about Valentin wanting to be the cool dad instead of being a real parent to their daughter.
In Willow’s office, she was horrified when Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) informed her that the WSB had taken custody of Nina and extradited her to Steinmauer.
Ric explained the wallet situation and Nina’s declaration that she’d been framed.
Willow recalled Drew’s recent threats and seemingly realized it must’ve been him, but she withheld that news from Ric.
After Willow put Ric on retainer, she made it clear that she planned to use her Congress seat to help Nina as well.
At the PCPD, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) stopped Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) from going off on an WSB agent and convinced him to do something less stressful with her.
It turned out Liz wanted Dante to attend a yoga class, so they headed to the Aurora wellness and workout area.
Nearby, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) looked suspicious as she watched Liz help Dante with his poses.
Molly also ran into Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett), who had invited Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) to work out with him.
After Molly heard about the roommate arrangement and witnessed the spark between them, she privately talked to Lucas about it.
Lucas insisted Molly’s radar was glitching and was adamant that nothing was going on with Joe.
Molly ultimately dropped it, but she still seemed hopeful about Lucas’ love life looking up.
General Hospital spoilers say Molly has more surprises ahead of her, so stay tuned!
