General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, August 10, reveals that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) grew closer to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) while she was under the influence of drugs.
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) also stood his ground on Monday’s episode, so here’s how all the action played out.
Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) infuriated Michael by admitting she slipped some molly into Willow’s drink, so he rushed over to make sure his ex-wife didn’t get behind the wheel.
Michael arrived and found Willow dancing with Amelia Corinthos (Sienna Goerisch), but Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) was irritated over them not going to the arcade like Willow promised.
Michael suggested he’d make it up to Wiley with something fun, so Willow got excited about them doing something as a family.
After Michael sent the kids to the other room, he questioned Willow about whether she’d been drinking and eventually suggested she might be high.
Willow denied that anything was wrong since she felt great, but she accepted the water Michael gave her and settled in on the sofa under a blanket.
As Willow prepared to drift off to sleep, she admitted it was nice hearing Michael talk to her like he used to.
Both Willow and Michael missed when they used to be able to interact as friends.
After his former flame dozed off, Michael answered Jacinda’s call and spilled the latest news on Willow.
Jacinda thought no harm was done, but Michael was clearly still displeased over the whole situation.
At GH, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) bickered with Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) again and remained distrustful of him due to his previous WSB ties.
While Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was at the hospital for an appointment, “Peter August” (Wes Ramsey) repeatedly pressured her to get Britt-related intel from Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner).
Later, Britt sought information from Anna for Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) sake about Cassius Faison’s (Ryan Paevey) demise, but Anna couldn’t offer anything.
Things were tense as Britt snatched Anna’s arm and went off on her before Felicia intervened.
After Britt stomped over to a nearby Tristan, she invited him to report her over what just happened with Anna.
Tristan gave Britt some sympathy instead and pushed her to rebuild her life following the WSB drama she’d endured.
Back with Anna, she surrendered to “Peter’s” pressure and pumped Felicia for info on how Britt was doing.
Felicia explained how she found Britt a loft to sublet while another doctor was on sabbatical.
Once Anna knew where Britt was staying, Peter encouraged her to pay the doc a visit and say she’d changed her mind about helping her out.
Anna realized Britt would be grateful and agree to anything she asked.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) got all lovey-dovey with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and was about to make sandwiches for them when Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) appeared.
Trina and Gio joined them for sandwiches as well, so that gave them a chance to talk to Brook Lynn about a new song they were working on.
After talk turned to Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) trial and all the unanswered questions regarding the other driver who fled the scene of Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) crash, Brook Lynn looked uneasy.
Once Chase was alone with Brook Lynn, he added to his wife’s worries.
Chase thought maybe he could help Trina by taking a closer look at the case and digging for answers about who the other driver was that night.
At Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) place, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) came barging in on her conversation with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and demanded to know how far her mom would go to get her out of the WSB.
Josslyn spilled about Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) making her the CEO of his company, so Carly admitted she told Jax about Joss’ WSB status.
However, Carly didn’t know Jax would push Josslyn to run Jasper Jacks Enterprises.
Since Josslyn planned to put someone else in charge, Valentin offered to help select a candidate and avoid the sharks who’d rip the company apart.
Josslyn was wary of trusting Valentin, but he stood by his offer.
As for leaving the WSB, Josslyn made it clear to Carly that wasn’t going to happen.
After Drew caught Scout Quartermaine (Kayden Brenna Tokarksi) joking around with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) by the Metro Court pool, he made it clear that Danny needed to stay away from his daughter.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) suddenly appeared and tried to get Drew to ease up during a private conversation.
Drew learned Jason was getting out of the mob, but he was skeptical about it really happening and remained adamant about keeping Scout away from all the danger.
As Drew turned even more sinister, he warned Jason not to test him.
After Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) lashed out at Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) for deciding to go live with Valentin, he met up with Scout by the pool and bonded with her over family drama.
