General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, August 31, indicate that some secret spillage is on the way along with deep trouble for Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will also shut down Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) attempt at peace, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
At the Metro Court restaurant, Drew will push Laura to say what she needs to say since he’ll have important business to take care of.
Laura will admit she’d like for Drew to keep the peace with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) while she’s out of town.
Drew will insist Laura is asking the impossible since peace just isn’t an option with Sonny.
The only reason there’s been any peace at all in recent months is because Drew was trapped in his own body without the ability to speak or move.
Nevertheless, Laura will offer a peaceful solution when it comes to the auction for Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) assets.
Although Laura will think one of them should surrender, both Sonny and Drew seem determined to fight for what they want.
That said, Sonny will ultimately reassure Laura and perhaps vow not to let this battle get too messy.
Over with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he may hear more alarm bells when it comes to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
Chase has been digging into the identity of the other driver who fled Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) accident, so Dante may remind him of what happened the last time he investigated things on his own!
Dante won’t want to see Chase land himself in hot water – and that goes for his personal life, too.
If Dante senses that Chase is getting too close to Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) again, he might also offer a warning about that.
Dante will have a busy day since he’ll also sit down with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and pump her for information.
Whether this is about Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) or another topic entirely, Dante will wonder if Britt has anything else to share.
Britt will also have a conversation with Willow on Monday’s GH episode, so look for them to find some surprising common ground and a new understanding of each other.
As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), they’ll be in agreement about exploiting whatever blunder Drew’s about to make.
Drew will indeed put the next phase of his plan in motion, so that may lead to shutting down the hotel’s security system and heading to Brennan’s room to search.
Brennan seems poised to drink the beverage that Ava Jerome (Maura West) put a sleeping pill in.
After Ava stalls Brennan with fake Sidwell drama and some words of caution, he may be feeling pretty drowsy by the time he stumbles off.
At some point, Scout Quartermaine (Kayden Brenna Jokarski) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will uncover something they weren’t meant to find out.
Some secret spillage is coming up, so Rocco and Scout are in for a shock.
Finally, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) should get a shock of her own when she goes for a forbidden night swim in the Metro Court pool.
It looks like Charlotte is on the verge of a disturbing discovery, so will Brennan end up unconscious or dead in the water?
