General Hospital Monday, June 1 Recap: Lucas Sends PCPD After Pascal, Nina Reels Over Lovers Carly & Valentin

General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, June 1, reveals that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) got some shocking news and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) took drastic action, so here’s how all the drama played out.

In captivity, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was surprised when Pascal Leveque (Marc Forget) delivered some food and held a gun on her.

Pascal ranted about Josslyn blowing up his great life at the Five Poppies and let it slip to Josslyn that she was on Spoon Island.

Josslyn taunted Pascal about being expendable and suggested he should work with the WSB if he wanted to save himself.

Although Pascal put on a show about trusting in Sidwell’s loyalty, he looked worried once he was alone.

At Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) place, she was with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) when she told Lucas that Sidwell was blackmailing them.

Lucas found out the Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) story and shared a story of his own.

After Lucas talked about Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) killing Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) and how he was tangled up in the drama with Pascal, he decided to help by heading down to the PCPD.

Lucas told Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) that he had information on Marco’s murder and pushed the detective to speak with Pascal.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) advised Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) on a way to get Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) out of Deception.

Ric suggested threatening to expose Sidwell’s dirty dealings and get him to walk away since he’d be worried about the federal audit.

Tracy didn’t want Deception’s assets to be frozen, but she realized Sidwell had to believe they’d be willing to take things that far.

Tracy and Brook Lynn ultimately decided to corner Sidwell at Wyndemere with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).

At Turning Woods, Nina visited Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and squeezed his latest injection into a plant instead of giving it to him.

Brennan could speak, but he still couldn’t move very much since the first paralytic dose he was given was still wearing off.

A nurse (Elliot Carr) interrupted briefly to check Brennan’s vitals before Nina was able to resume her private conversation with Brennan.

Nina put the blame on Sidwell for supplying the drugs and forcing Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) to drug Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

After Nina sought Brennan’s help with a plan, he wanted her to seek out Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Brennan explained that Carly was with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), so Nina was confused about the situation.

That led to Brennan explaining that Carly was hiding Valentin before admitting they were getting passionate behind closed doors.

Nina reeled over that revelation and wanted to know why Brennan was so eager to communicate with Valentin considering their explosive last faceoff.

At Carly’s place, Valentin hid when Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) showed up to lean on Carly for support over Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) running off with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

Lulu explained how she got the fake passport that allowed Rocco to escape and shared that she didn’t plan to take Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

Lulu didn’t want to upend Charlotte’s life the way Valentin selfishly had.

Valentin eavesdropped as Lulu trashed him and later spoke to Carly about Lulu’s harsh words.

Carly defended Lulu a bit since she’d been trying to give Charlotte stability while Valentin was out of the picture.

Once Nina showed up at the door, Valentin hid once again while Carly opened up.

However, Nina surprised Carly by admitting she knew Valentin was her houseguest and pushing to see him.

Back at the police station, there was some talk about a syringe found at Britt’s place.

Dante guessed that was about Britt’s Huntington’s disease, so the syringe was sent away for toxicology testing.

Dante also vented to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) during her visit about having to keep Joe in the dark on so many details involving Rocco.

Lulu showed up and overheard Elizabeth discussing Britt acting like a protective mother, so she looked troubled.

General Hospital spoilers say some tension is about to erupt between Lulu and Elizabeth, so stay tuned for the shocking news to come.
