General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show recently released a sneak peek video for the episode that’ll air on Monday, September 14.
That’s when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will continue his confrontation with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and push her to fix her mistake.
Just before Friday’s GH episode concluded, Jason brought up the fact that Britt knew Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was being held prisoner.
Britt wants Anna charged with attempted murder, but it was her trauma that caused that breakdown on Mount Emerson.
If Britt had spoken up sooner and led to Anna’s rescue, then she probably wouldn’t have gone so far off the rails.
Britt is partially to blame for Anna’s current mental state, so Jason will try to make her understand that on Monday’s show.
Of course, Britt will be offended since she’s the one who was just held at gunpoint.
Since Jason is spinning this around on Britt and urging her to take responsibility, she won’t appreciate that at all.
Nevertheless, Jason will dig his heels in since Britt knew Anna was a hostage on Spoon Island.
Britt became aware that Anna was being held captive and tortured when Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) came to Port Charles, but she did nothing to intervene.
Although Britt will claim she didn’t know all the details, that won’t do anything to sway Jason’s opinion.
Britt will insist she played no part in what happened to Anna since she was coerced into working on Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.
Jason won’t deny that Britt was under duress, but he’ll contend that she still chose to look the other way.
Britt could’ve at least tried to help Anna, but she decided not to spill the captivity news.
That’s why Jason will give Britt a chance to make things right, but it’ll require dropping this push for Anna to be locked up again.
“You didn’t save Anna then, but you can make up for it by saving Anna now,” Jason tells Britt in Monday’s sneak peek video.
Britt will feel the sting of betrayal as old insecurities creep back in.
There was a time when Britt complained about Jason always putting Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) needs above hers, so now she’ll gripe about him doing the same thing with Anna.
Britt wants to be the number one woman in Jason’s heart, but this will leave her questioning whether that’s ever going to be possible.
