Some romantic duos are going to face serious drama, so here are five heartbreakers who may choose to end things with their romantic partners.
1) Kevin wants a divorce from Laura?
For starters, Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) trip to see Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Ace Cassadine (Karis and Kieran Barry) won’t have a happy ending.
Although the show’s been playing up Kevin and Laura’s strong bond, that bond is about to take a serious hit.
It seems likely Kevin has another woman in his life, so Laura may find that out soon enough.
Laura may also discover that Kevin wants a divorce and face total heartbreak as a result.
2) Jason dumps Britt over more lies?
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was willing to get past Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) final secrets regarding Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), but he made it clear that there could be no more lies between them.
There’s a good chance Britt is going to find a way to let Jason down with some additional deception.
Once that happens, Jason may break things off and leave Britt devastated.
3) Carly uses dirt to shove Valentin out of her life?
Over with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), her relationship with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) surely won’t last forever.
Cracks are already starting to form due to Valentin’s forever connection with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
At some point, Carly will probably get angry enough to use the dirt that Brick (Stephen A. Smith) gave her to remove Valentin from her life.
Valentin may end up feeling doubly betrayed when he realizes Carly wants him gone and that she’s been sitting on leverage all this time.
4) Chase walks away over Brook Lynn’s betrayal?
As for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’s going to blow his top when he realizes Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has committed a serious betrayal as well.
Brook Lynn hasn’t told Chase that she was the one who left Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) accident site, so he’s going to be hurt and livid that she didn’t come clean.
Brook Lynn should’ve told Chase the whole truth back when she admitted to framing Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), but she chose to keep more secrets instead.
Between that and the potential Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) loss that’s brewing, Chase may walk out on Brook Lynn and potentially head straight into Willow’s arms or even her bed!
5) Liz done after possessive Ric loses control?
Finally, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) may push Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) too far with his possessive behavior.
As Ric continues to spin out over Elizabeth and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) connection, he could make some moves he’ll regret.
Liz may ultimately choose to end things with Ric after realizing it was a mistake to get back together with him in the first place.
