A mysterious alliance is about to form, so that could give Ava a valuable partner when it comes to fighting back against Sonny in the months ahead.
Of course, we all know Ava is pretty tangled up in Ethan Lovett’s (Nathan Dean) paternity drama right now.
Ethan and Ava are also on the verge of some exploding passion, but none of this is going to last very long.
Since Ethan will be forced on the run a little later this summer, Ava will need something else to focus on.
That may end up being Ava’s growing battle with Sonny since they’re going to be clashing more often.
Sonny and Ava have tried to keep the peace for Avery Corinthos’ (Ava and Grace Scarola) sake, but the tension has definitely been bubbling up lately.
That trend will continue, so Ava will start getting fed up with all the Sonny hostility sooner or later.
The longer this conflict goes on, the more Ava will want the upper hand on Sonny.
This sounds like a recipe for disaster, but Ava will choose to play with fire and find herself an ally who could prove useful.
GH spoilers are leaving that ally a mystery at this point, but there’s a good chance it’ll be Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Ava and Valentin have teamed up against Sonny before, so it may be time for them to do it again.
Sonny already recruited Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to help him dig up dirt against Valentin and try to get him out of Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) life.
Carly is the one who ultimately gets to decide the fate of her relationship, but Sonny is definitely trying to cause problems.
Valentin knows Sonny is plotting and isn’t going to appreciate any bold moves against him, especially if his romance with Carly crumbles.
It’s easy to see why Valentin might be willing to join forces with Ava on a plan to retaliate against Sonny.
