General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) could have some form of a romance in their future, even if it has to be brief.
Will Brennan betray Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) with Serena and rile her up in the process?
Nina and Brennan have been growing closer lately, so they may be on the road to starting a full-fledged relationship.
Brennan and Nina aren’t serious or exclusive yet, but they might deepen their bond ahead of a potential cheating shocker.
There’s surely a reason why GH writers had Serena go flying into Brennan’s lap at the Metro Court pool.
Serena seemed quite interested in Jack as they traded introductions and engaged in a little flirting.
It felt like the show was setting up something between Brennan and Serena, so they might hit the sheets or at least kiss at some point.
Of course, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is starting to imagine Serena might end up with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for real following the current seduction plot.
Lucy certainly wouldn’t mind if Serena married into the wealthy Quartermaine family.
However, Serena may find herself more interested in Brennan considering that meet-cute moment they got.
Jack and Serena’s lap encounter may pave the way for him to betray Nina sooner or later.
Nina has come to truly care about Brennan, so she may be on the verge of giving him her heart.
Brennan could break it if he makes a commitment to Nina and then cheats with Serena in the end.
Naturally, there won’t be much time for Brennan and Serena to fully explore their potential romantic path.
With Brennan getting killed off this fall, Serena obviously won’t be living happily ever after with him!
Nina won’t either, but she could end up with a motive for murder depending on how this storyline plays out.
If Brennan betrays Nina before he becomes a corpse, Nina may become a major suspect in a deadly investigation.
It may look like jealous Nina took matters into her own hands for revenge.
Whatever the case, General Hospital spoilers suggest Nina could indeed explode over Brennan and Serena sizzling, so stay tuned for any troubling news that might result.
