General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) took another step forward in her plan to get rid of Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) permanently.
Did Anna just find a place to lure Britt and bury her corpse?
“Peter August” (Wes Ramsey) has basically brainwashed Anna into thinking that killing Britt is necessary if she wants peace and safety.
Anna tried to resist at first, but “Peter” has been awfully persistent about this Britt elimination plot.
“Peter” was pleased when Anna agreed to Britt’s request for more Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) intel and said she could only deliver her findings in person.
Anna’s making all this seem hush-hush when in reality she’s setting a trap.
However, “Peter” also wanted Anna to find somewhere discreet to lure Britt and end her for good.
It appears Anna has found that secluded location since Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) agreed to sell her a parcel of land in the mountains for her “private retreat.”
Anna doesn’t want anyone else to know about this new land of hers, so it certainly sounds like she plans on committing a crime.
Perhaps Anna intends on getting Britt to this location and burying her body there once the deed is done.
Of course, things are bound to go wrong! It’s tough to believe ABC’s GH would really kill Britt off again after going to so much trouble to undo her death.
Anna might change her mind and hold Britt hostage in some pit or even a storage unit on the property.
We could imagine Anna wrestling with her conscience once she’s finally got Britt right where “Peter” wants her.
Anna might be torn between the rational part of her brain that knows this is wrong and the mentally ill part that keeps listening to “Peter.”
A captive Britt may have to watch in horror as Anna argues repeatedly with Peter hallucinations.
Britt may escape or get rescued before Anna has a chance to finish her off, but there could still be some nail-biting moments for her in the meantime.
