General Hospital Spoilers: Cassius’ Redemption, Goes Back to Save Josslyn & Obrecht at Wyndemere?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Cassius Faison aka “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) may get a redemptive moment as his exit draws near.

Ever since Cassius took over Nathan’s life, he’s had a hard time finding his place in the world.

Cassius certainly isn’t as ruthless as Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) or Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

That’s why we’ve seen Cassius do things like repeatedly fight to keep Josslyn alive when it would’ve been so much easier to just let her face a grim fate.

More recently, Cassius spared Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) and Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) when he could’ve just wiped them off the map to keep his true identity a secret.

GH writers have consistently made Cassius more of a conflicted gray character than a full-blown baddie.

Of course, Cassius has still done some rotten things that can’t be ignored.

Although Cassius saved Josslyn’s life more than once, he was also the one behind her abduction in the first place.

Now Cassius is obviously tempted to run with James West (Gary James Fuller), but that just proves how much he’s come to care about his nephew.

It’s more proof that Cassius perhaps has a good heart on some level like Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) believes.

Josslyn seriously doubts that Cassius is coming back to help them, but he’s predicted she’ll see that she’s wrong in the end.

The show has clearly set up a situation where if it’s at all possible for Cassius to help Josslyn and Obrecht, he’s going to do it.

After Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) prevents James’ kidnapping, Cassius may realize it was wrong for him to even consider bolting with the kid.

Cassius may soon turn his attention to the promises he’s made about coming through for Josslyn and Obrecht in the end.

Summer preview spoilers indicate that fans will find out whether Cassius’ time as “Nathan” has transformed him into a better person.

That likely means Cassius has indeed become a somewhat better man and that he’ll prove it by making one last return to Wyndemere.

A big showdown is brewing on Spoon Island involving multiple key players, so Cassius may be one of them.

General Hospital spoilers hint that Cassius’ redemption may be coming when he risks all to free his hostages, so stay tuned for any stunning news ahead.
