General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) might end up drugging Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), all in an effort to bring the former congressman down.
The two have been brainstorming ideas recently, so will they end up inspired by Jacinda Bracken’s (Paige Herschell) go-to plan and drug Drew?
The very scandal Drew and Jacinda were involved in was recently brought up multiple times, not only by the teens, but also because Jacinda pulled the same stunt with Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) as revenge for her restraining order.
Unfortunately, Jacinda ended up leaving town because of it. General Hospital’s promo for the week of August 24 hints that a character will slip an unknown substance into another person’s drink.
All that is shown is a woman’s hands slipping the drugs into a beverage; however, the preview could imply that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will be the person behind drugging Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) bevy.
With that said, fans know how these promo videos work and how they love to swerve viewers.
At the end of the day, anyone in the little town could be behind this, and any character could end up becoming a drugged victim.
Could Charlotte gain access to a hospital prescription area while volunteering and grab the bull by the horns?
Plus, Charlotte and Danny’s endgame may not only simply be to drug Drew, but the two could come up with something far more scandalous to blow Jacinda’s past scheme out of the water.
After all, drugging is one thing to possibly ‘loosen’ up Drew, but if they can make it look like he’s hitting on Charlotte or trying to assault her, Danny and Charlotte could ruin the man.
Either scenario would rock Drew’s world and create an instance where Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) would immediately be removed from his home until an investigation cleared his name.
After all, Charlotte is underage and only a few years older than Drew’s daughter.
This plan would accomplish a lot: it would bring down Drew, and also ensure Danny has access to Scout moving forward.
She may even be moved into the Quartermaine residency, in the interim.
General Hospital spoilers note that if Charlotte and Danny can accomplish this, that would be incredible, but the two need to be careful not to celebrate their ‘win’ too hard, as secrets have a way of getting exposed in PC.
