General Hospital Spoilers Friday, May 8: Drew’s Injection Delay, Sonny’s Drastic Order, Rocco’s ASAP Exit Plan

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, May 8, reveal that there could be some drama related to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) injection while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) plots with Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean).

“Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) will also push harder for an ASAP exit plan, so let’s discuss what’s in store.

At the gallery, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will stick to the terms of the deal he made with Ava Jerome (Maura West).

After Ric acknowledges that Ava asked for plenty, he’ll promise she’s going to get it as they presumably move forward with an expensive art sale.

Meanwhile, Sonny will summon Ethan so they can discuss a drastic plan, which will presumably involve what to do about Ric.

“Once this starts, there’s no stopping it,” Sonny warns Ethan in Friday’s preview video.

Will Sonny have Ethan kidnap Rick for an interrogation or something along those lines?

Ric may be forced to admit the truth behind his lie, but he obviously doesn’t have some sinister backstabbing plot in motion.

At the police station, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will talk to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) shooting and how everyone involved is lying about what actually went down that night.

There was someone else’s blood on the gun other than Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton), but Dante will soon confirm that it doesn’t belong to Cullum.

Elizabeth may think back to treating Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) injured hand and his tense interaction with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) before pointing the finger at Dante’s own son.

While Dante gets a shock, “Nathan” will once again push Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to send Rocco away.

“Nathan” will insist it has to happen tonight and will leave Lulu in a tight spot.

Over with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), she’ll reach out to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and give him some support as he continues to cope with losing Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).

Now that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has called Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) with a job for her to do, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will voice her displeasure.

Carly will think they need to come up with a solution that doesn’t involve Nina, but Valentin will insist his plan is a good one.

Valentin hinted about using Nina as part of their goal to figure out where Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) might’ve sent Josslyn and bring her back.

Cassius is to blame for Josslyn’s disappearance, but that secret may not come to light for a while.

In the meantime, Drew has been gazing at the syringe Nina placed on the coffee table.

If Nina delays injecting Drew too long, there’s going to be trouble.

It’s also possible that Drew will try to gather enough strength to fight back against Nina.

It’s been a while since Drew’s last injection, so the effects of the paralytic may wear off a bit and give him a glimmer of hope.

Regardless, it looks like Drew will fail in the end, so Nina will do what Valentin asks her to do and speak with Brennan.

Once Brennan shows up, he’ll ask if Nina has something for him on Valentin.

While Nina tells Brennan whatever Valentin wants him to hear, Carly will make a declaration elsewhere.

That could involve Carly’s own Josslyn plan or something else, but the situation may keep spiraling out of control!

General Hospital spoilers say there’s much more drama to come for Valentin and Carly, so stay tuned for any unsettling news ahead.
