General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) recently made some comments that got fans’ attention.
Hudson’s disdain for Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is interesting and could become a big part of this storyline.
In the October 13 episode, Hudson opened up to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about being “allergic” to guys like Ric.
Although Hudson could understand Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) arrogance on some level, he ripped Ric to shreds in his rant.
Hudson reflected on how he used to spend hours waiting on tarmacs for “slime” like that.
It’s clear that Hudson didn’t like being treated like the help, so the fact that Ric called him a “lackey” definitely riled him up.
However, there could be a deeper reason for Hudson’s latest tirade.
It’s intriguing that the show’s setting Hudson up to loathe Ric, who clearly doesn’t like Hudson either.
That’s the kind of thing a soap typically does when a long-lost child revelation is about to happen.
No one can rule out the idea of Hudson being Ric’s secret son by some woman in his history.
Ric may have been kept in the dark on Hudson’s existence all these years.
That would make Hudson and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) half-siblings, so there’d be some drama to play there, too.
Molly could end up just as stunned as Ric over this potential family addition.
Of course, there’s another option to consider now that this Hudson and Ric feud is coming into play.
Maybe the significance is more about Ric’s investigation into who Hudson really is.
Ric will indeed investigate for Sonny, so perhaps this storyline will lead to him uncovering someone else is Hudson’s bio dad instead.
On social media, some GH viewers have been speculating that Hudson could be Jerry Jacks’ (Sebastian Roché) son or something along those lines.
Ric might discover that shocker during all the digging that he’s about to do.
Whatever the case, the show must have a reason for making Hudson fume over Ric right as Ric’s about to look into Hudson’s background.
