General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) recently called Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and delivered news regarding the car crash investigation.
Curtis found out about the paint sample that was sent to forensics from the guardrail near the accident.
Based on the report that followed, the paint is a match for a black, German-made car.
Curtis seemingly jumped to a rather hasty conclusion after hearing that info in the April 22 episode.
After hanging up with Dante, Curtis reflected on the fact that Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) drives a black SUV.
It seems like a stretch for Curtis to automatically consider Isaiah a suspect, but that’s obviously what’s happening here.
The show’s been clear about the accident being Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) fault – not the fault of the other person behind the wheel who kept driving.
Honestly, Jordan could’ve killed the other driver, so it’s wild that the other party involved is being turned into some sort of villain.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) hit the guardrail and fled the scene, but she didn’t even know a crash happened until much later.
Nevertheless, Brook Lynn is covering up what happened with Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) help since she’d been drinking and can’t risk losing Phoebe or future adoption chances.
Brook Lynn will inevitably land on the hot seat anyway sooner or later, but let’s focus on Isaiah for now since Curtis is doing the same thing.
Curtis has a major beef with Isaiah and seems poised to point the finger at him soon.
Even if there’s no visible damage on Isaiah’s SUV, Curtis may accuse him of having it fixed before the cops could nail him.
Curtis may become totally fixated on the idea that Isaiah secretly left his cabin and fled the scene after a near-collision with Jordan.
Since Dante personally delivered the info about the guardrail paint sample, he may continue to give this case a personal touch.
Curtis may convince Dante to question Isaiah about his whereabouts the night of the crash, which would obviously put the doc in a tight spot.
Isaiah promised to keep his house call to Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) place under wraps for Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) sake.
Although Isaiah doesn’t know the details, he knows there’s a lot at stake for Rocco.
However, Isaiah may choose to divulge the truth to Dante about Rocco’s infected hand and Lulu’s insistence on avoiding GH.
Since Dante is Rocco’s dad, maybe Isaiah will trust him with to side with Lulu about whatever’s going on with their son.
Isaiah may swear the only secret he’s been keeping involves that house call and argue that he never would’ve fled the scene of any accident when he could’ve helped as a doctor.
Could this set things in motion for Dante to learn Rocco’s shooter secret? Will Dante get part of the story from Isaiah and confront Lulu as well as Rocco next?
