General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) could save Michael Corinthos’s (Rory Gibson) kids from Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).
GH fans know that Willow has the upper hand where custody is concerned, and she’s itching for another battle with Michael.
She no longer wants 40/60 time with her children but wants them all the time!
During the week of August 10-14, the war will only escalate between the exes thanks to the stunt Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) recently pulled.
Last week, Jacinda recklessly planted pills in Willow’s iced coffee when she was at Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) condo dropping off laundry.
Willow drank the bevy while she was with Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sienna Goerisch) and immediately got loopy.
Jacinda will confess to her stupid scheme during the Monday, August 10 show, and it looks like both Willow and Nina will figure out what the former escort did.
Unfortunately, Michael will end up bearing the brunt of this plot, as Willow will be outraged over the entire thing and believe it was his idea.
Still, it wasn’t, and he likely would’ve convinced Jacinda against it.
The drugging took place while Willow had the kids, and viewers may recall that Wiley *almost* took a sip of the iced coffee before his mom snatched it away from him.
The General Hospital preview for the week of August 10 shows a scene where Willow arrives at the Quartermaine mansion, demanding that she take ‘her’ children.
Considering the situation, Michael’s hands might be tied, but there is some hope on the horizon.
As the scenes shift in the promo, Kai and Trina will head to the Q mansion and have a talk with Michael.
They’ll assure him that they can help Michael where Willow is concerned.
While Michael will be confused by the statement, viewers know that Trina and Kai have the goods on Willow that could blow her plans for full custody of Wiley and Amelia right out of the water.
After all, Kai and Trina know that Willow shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
She won’t be able to be tried again, so jail time is not an issue; however, the information will guarantee Michael isn’t tried (or wrongfully found guilty) of the crime.
It also removes any leverage Willow would have to gain any sort of custody of the children.
Plus, she could also kiss that comfy congresswoman’s role goodbye.
Trina and Kai were at the house the night Drew got shot.
While they didn’t see Willow shoot Drew, they heard Wiley’s ringtone, and for months now have kept quiet, other than telling Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Kai and Trina’s fear was always the ramifications they’d face for not coming forward to the police sooner and being asked why they were in Drew’s house to begin with!
Still, knowing that Michael is innocent, and now knowing that Willow is once again targeting him, could have Kai and Trina finally stepping forward and shaking off any worry about repercussions.
In fact, Michael may not go to the police with this intel and use it as blackmail against Willow for custody, so he’ll appreciate the heads up.
