General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will discover some alarming news related to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and his locked-in status.
It turns out Kai is on the verge of realizing that Drew is starting to get his mobility back.
On July 14, GH spoilers hint that Kai may decide to pay Drew a visit and see how he’s holding up.
Since Kai knows Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) was the one who shot Drew, he’s always been rather wary of Drew being in her care.
Kai likes to check on Drew from time to time, so he may indeed visit the house and head back to Drew’s room.
That’s when Kai may witness Drew making a bold move of some sort.
Drew might be reaching for the phone again or even just trying to get out of bed.
Although Drew may be too weak to stand on his own or walk out of the house, that may not stop him from trying.
Drew is starting to build up a tolerance to the paralytic, so Willow’s latest dose won’t keep him down for long.
Willow has rapidly depleted her drug stash and knows she needs leverage if she wants to keep Drew quiet.
While Willow is working to get that leverage with Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) help, Kai will find out Drew’s starting to come out of his locked-in situation.
Of course, Kai doesn’t realize Willow has been drugging Drew into this state of paralysis or that his “stroke” was actually brought on by her.
Nevertheless, Kai will still be uneasy over Drew getting mobile again.
It could leave Kai worried that Willow might try to finish Drew off to ensure his silence about her being his shooter.
Kai may take his concerns to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) eventually since she also knows about Willow being behind the two bullets to Drew’s back.
Trina may end up just as concerned as Kai about Drew and whether Willow will let him live long enough to recover!
General Hospital spoilers say Drew will remain desperate to get out of the jam he’s stuck in, but there’ll be more complications along the way.
