General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show might’ve just tested the waters on a potential new couple.
After Bryce Durfee made a surprise return as Agent S. Vaughn, he shared some intriguing scenes with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).
Molly served as legal counsel for Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) as they all met with Vaughn in the PCPD interrogation room.
Charlotte, Danny and Molly sought more information about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), but Vaughn was tight-lipped and couldn’t share any new details.
However, Molly ultimately spoke with Vaughn in private to seek his help in a more personal way.
Since Molly wanted to ease the teens’ minds and get them some form of communication, she suggested a phone call or even a letter would help.
Vaughn agreed to see what he could do, so it was interesting to see him interact with Molly and respond to her request.
The show might’ve been offering up a chemistry test in case they want to pair Molly and Vaughn up at some point.
Molly is happy with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) for the moment, but he’s keeping some huge secrets – like the fact that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) previously had Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) chained up in her basement.
There have been clues to suggest that Molly will eventually find out the truth and could potentially turn on Cody for not being honest with her.
If GH writers blow up Cody and Molly’s relationship down the road, she might need another love interest.
That’s when Vaughn could get reassigned to Port Charles and potentially fall for Molly.
Vaughn and Molly might be a pretty hot duo if given the chance, so we’d say they passed this chemistry test and could get a love story depending on what the show has in store.
General Hospital spoilers hint that Cody could have some competition for Molly’s heart sooner or later, so stay tuned for any romantic news that might be on the horizon.
