General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 6 to July 17, reveal that fans will see some shockers and shakeups.
Several storylines will come with curveballs, so let’s discuss what’s ahead on the ABC soap.
During the week of July 6-10, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will push Z (John Oliver) to fire Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) from the WSB, but she won’t get her wish.
Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will reel when Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) comes clean about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) previously hiding out at Carly’s house.
Over with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), it looks like he’ll make trouble for Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) in an effort to free Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
However, Jason is already on his way to freedom along with Valentin thanks to the deal Josslyn struck with Z.
Next, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will have a fierce showdown with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) before facing more drama related to her latest legal issues.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is setting Willow up as the top suspect when it comes to the driver who fled the scene of Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) crash.
Of course, Brook Lynn is the one who sped away instead, so she’s dooming herself to face a total nightmare sooner or later.
In the meantime, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will be horrified, but it’s tough to believe he’ll believe Willow’s guilty.
Perhaps Chase will believe Willow when she insists she’s being framed instead.
Since Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will tackle a new client, perhaps he’ll represent Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) now that she’s dealing with legal issues of her own.
GH spoilers say Britt will get some stunning news a little later. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) knows about the saline that was found in the syringe in Britt’s room and may soon hear from Josslyn that Britt’s Huntington’s disease was a lie.
It looks like Lucas will tell Britt that she isn’t dying and perhaps offer some proof if Britt undergoes more testing.
Britt should be able to confirm that she doesn’t have the Huntington’s marker after all.
Next, some former lovers will have a reunion. That could be Valentin and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) since July preview spoilers point to them reconnecting.
Unfortunately, visions of Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will keep guiding Anna down the wrong path as she reunites with Valentin as well as her other friends and family members.
As for Ava Jerome (Maura West), she’ll put Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) through a grilling session.
Ava will inevitably mention that Ethan said Phoebe (Luna and Lucia Creighton) wasn’t his daughter when he was injured and wonder if that’s true.
Ethan may backtrack on his confession and act like he was just totally out of it, but Ava isn’t going to let this go.
Across town, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will mull over his planned court strategy.
Blaming Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) for leaving the crash site won’t be so easy with suspicions growing stronger regarding Willow.
At some point, a plea deal will be on the table, but it’ll mean agreeing to a short stint in Pentonville if Curtis takes it.
Will Curtis go for the idea during the week of July 13-17 or roll the dice on possibly getting a longer sentence if this goes to trial?
Whatever the case, July 13 will be a significant day for the show since that’s when they’ll air their 16,000th episode.
Steve Burton will be back on-screen as Jason that day while Dean Geyer makes his debut as Tristan Roberts.
After Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) accompanies Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) during her upcoming showcase, it seems it’ll lead to new musical opportunities for them both.
Brook Lynn will bond with Gio over this, but the countdown is on when it comes to her life falling apart over her Willow frame-up.
Until then, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) should go into labor after a fierce faceoff with someone, so we’ll see if it might be Curtis, Jordan or someone else.
Regardless, the birth of Portia’s baby should be just around the corner.
General Hospital spoilers say the next two weeks will bring plenty of excitement, so stay tuned.
