General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, August 17 to 28, reveal that some major revelations are coming up along with some clashing sessions and some tight spots, so here’s what viewers can expect.
During the week of August 17-21, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will pressure Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) to work harder when it comes to convincing Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that she should be Jasper Jacks Enterprises’ permanent CEO.
Hudson will eventually make another attempt to get Josslyn on board, but it looks like she’ll end up recommending Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) as the company’s next leader instead.
As for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), she’ll fume over Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) moving in the Quartermaine gatehouse again and will try to undo Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) decision to no avail.
Next, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will catch Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) off guard by revealing that he’s getting out of the mob.
Britt will find out Jason is walking away from the danger of working for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and will question him about his future.
Elsewhere, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will find himself reeling rattled. Could Kai sense that he’s being watched since we know Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) stalker is indeed lurking in Port Charles?
There’ll also be a heated run-in for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), so that should bring some tense scenes.
Drew will eventually have a peace offering for someone, but will it really be a trap?
Since Drew can’t be trusted, it’s always wise to be wary and anticipate bad news when it comes to him.
Over with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll help Josslyn and Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) exchange introductions.
As for Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), he’ll witness Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) getting too close for comfort when it comes to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and fall into a jealous downward spiral.
After Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) finishes saying his goodbyes and shares one last kiss with Jordan, he’ll report for his first day at Pentonville.
That’ll lead to Curtis getting a cellmate – and it looks like it’ll be none other than Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
Sidwell may taunt Curtis a bit as the week of August 24-28 gets underway, but he could also see the potential for them to become allies.
Of course, Curtis may be torn if he fears Sidwell could retaliate against his family without his cooperation.
At the same time, Curtis won’t want to do anything that could mess up his chances of parole in two years.
This could be a real problem for Curtis, especially if Sidwell demands escape help.
Other GH spoilers say Hudson will go on a fishing expedition and try to learn more about Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) baby.
Will Ava Jerome (Maura West) realize Hudson is digging for info and try to keep him out of the loop on Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton)?
GH fans will also see Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Scout Quartermaine (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) grow closer, but Drew may flip out if he catches them looking too cozy and forbid any future interactions.
