General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that some sort of disaster is coming up in Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) storyline.
The longer Willow and Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) feud rages on, the more likely it becomes that tragedy will strike.
That’s exactly what Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) spelled out in GH’s August 12 episode.
During an argument with Willow, Nina offered up a clue that certainly seems to be foreshadowing a horrible twist.
Nina noted that the situation had gotten out of control, so she voiced concerns about what would play out if Willow didn’t reach lasting peace with Michael.
It led to Nina warning that things could escalate until “something truly tragic happens.”
Willow stood her ground and tried to make Nina see things her way instead.
Since Willow feels like she’s got the upper hand, she intends to take full advantage of it.
Willow assured Nina that she wouldn’t keep the kids away from Michael, but she wants his time with them to happen on her terms.
Although Willow thinks she’s in the driver’s seat, Michael is going to deliver some curveballs soon enough.
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) spilled the ringtone news and confirmed to Michael that Willow indeed pulled the trigger on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
As Michael uses this information to go up against his ex-wife, Willow’s feud with him will inevitably spiral further out of control like Nina feared.
You can bet that something “truly tragic” will indeed happen, so that could involve a life-threatening ordeal for Willow, Michael or even one of the kids.
Of course, we also have to consider the possibility that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) could somehow become a victim of the tragedy that’s looming.
Could there be some scenario where Willow tries to harm Michael and ends up harming Brennan instead?
Could Brennan somehow get in Willow’s way and face a grim fate as a result?
That’s an option to consider since Brennan is headed for a deadly exit this fall.
Willow might play a role in Brennan’s fatal departure, so stay tuned to see if Nina’s hint will pave the way for that.
