General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will find out some disturbing info about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) soon.
Britt’s deception regarding Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) could strain her relationship with Jason, especially since her secret put Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) at risk.

Britt really should’ve come clean about Cassius posing as Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) back when she spilled everything else to Jason.
Since Britt divulged the truth about Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and the project she was forced into, she had the perfect opportunity to blab about Cassius’ twin takeover months ago.
Instead, Britt kept quiet about Cassius masquerading as Nathan, which obviously lead to some dangerous drama for Josslyn and Carly.
Plus, Britt let Cassius bond with James West (Gary James Fuller), land in bed with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and play detective at the PCPD.
Cassius helped cover up Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) role in shooting Cullum on the pier, but that doesn’t erase all the other mistakes he made.
It also doesn’t erase Britt’s deception, so Jason may have a big problem with her keeping Cassius’ secret from him for so long.
That’s especially true since the news that Britt knew about Cassius in advance probably isn’t going to come from her.
Britt didn’t spill anything to Jason about how much she knew or when she knew it during their latest reunion at GH either, so that decision could lead to trouble.
Since “Peter August” (Wes Ramsey) keeps pushing Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to go after revenge on Britt, she’s probably going to mention something about the dirty doc during her upcoming reunion with Jason.
Anna and Jason will share some reconnection scenes on July 30, so that could lead to her trashing Britt for being tangled up with Cassius in all this.
Jason might confront Britt in the aftermath and get her side of the story, so it could lead to her confessing that she indeed knew “Nathan” was a fraud the whole time.
Britt was forced to stay silent for the sake of getting her Huntington’s medication, which she now knows was just saline since she never had the disease at all.
Even so, Britt should’ve delivered the Cassius shocker to Jason long before now, so this could be the start of some cracks developing in their romance.
General Hospital spoilers say Jason and Britt could be headed for a difficult split eventually, so stay tuned to see if some Cassius-related issues will inch them toward a breakup.
