General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of June 8-12 note that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will shoot Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).
The GH weekly preview reveals an interesting scene that fans should take note of, so let’s talk about all the drama that is set to unravel over the next five days.
The promo shows a clip of Sidwell, outside somewhere with Lucas. Sidwell has a gun aimed at Lucas, as he asks, “Why?”
Then Sidwell states, “You got Marco [Rios – Adrian Anchondo] killed!” Lucas looks like a deer caught in headlights, as his hands are in the air.
A sound can be heard of the gun clicking back, so Sidwell will be ready to fire it. But will he shoot, and will any bullets hit Lucas? Is this character on the cusp of an exit?
As fans know, WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) was responsible for Marco’s passing; however, Lucas was the one who encouraged Marco to help him with his plan to free Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Britt was being coerced into helping complete the research on Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final plan, and the reason she continued was because of the life-saving Huntington’s disease meds that Cullum and Sidwell were giving her.
The two had the meds locked in a safe at Wyndemere and were administering them daily whenever Britt showed up for research work.
Lucas asked Marco to grab two vials so that they could recreate the serum and #FreeBritt from her current circumstance.
Marco did as he was told but got caught by Pascal (Marc Forget) with his hands in the cookie jar.
As Pascal ratted out Marco to Cullum, the WSB director took matters into his own hands and stabbed the lawyer in a bloody rage for his ‘betrayal’ at his place of employment, Davis and Miller.
Cullum never told Sidwell what he did, as he assumed the man would believe Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was behind it.
It looks like the truth will come out about what Cullum did this week, but not before Sidwell also learns about Lucas’s role in the entire thing.
Sidwell will see red in all directions, so Cullum is not safe; however, neither is Lucas.
Sidwell is not a reasonable nor rational man, and he’s looking for revenge on his son’s demise.
Lucas is currently a pivotal player in the land of Port Charles, so there’s a good chance that someone saves the day for the man.
There’s also potential for Lucas to get shot, but survive the ordeal, so there’s that, too.
General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 8-12 suggest that Lucas’s days don’t seem numbered on the show, but in the land of soaps, anything is possible!
Could Sidwell end up murdering Lucas … could the character end up leaving the ABC soap this week? Only time will tell.
