General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, October 7, reveal that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will get a chance at revenge. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will discover some news that leaves her taken aback.
As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll shut down Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) request.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will be sitting with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) when he declares that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) deserves to know the truth.
Gio may admit that he doubts Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) innocence when it comes to this whole situation at Pentonville and that he’s moving out of his grandfather’s house.
At the same time, Gio loves Sonny and can’t completely turn his back on him, so Tracy will have to hold back some of her criticism on Wednesday’s episode.
At GH, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will ask Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) if he thinks Sonny is behind what happened to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), so Lucas may acknowledge that he certainly wouldn’t put it past Sonny.
At the boxing gym, Alexis will walk in on a shocking conversation between Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).
It’ll leave Alexis struggling to believe her ears and wondering if she’s heard things correctly.
This might involve some talk about Dante’s belief that Sonny’s guilty, but it’s also possible it’ll be about Rocco’s fight with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).
Speaking of Danny and Rocco’s fight, Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarkski) will try to push for peace between them.
When Scout makes her plea to Danny, he’ll wonder why she cares so much whether he’s friends with Rocco or not.
Scout surely won’t be willing to admit her romantic feelings for Rocco, but she may insist she cares about him a lot.
Since Scout cares about Danny too, she’ll want two of the most important guys in her life to get along.
Back with Alexis, she’ll get into a heated argument with Drew, so that may involve more strife over whether Scout should spend time around her family.
At some point, Drew will meet up with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), who’ll have some stunning information to follow up on after Sidwell’s interview.
Lulu will tell Drew that it’s time to reframe the narrative and put the spotlight where it belongs.
Drew will have a chance to expose Willow’s awful crimes publicly if he chooses to take advantage of this revenge opportunity.
Finally, Carly will have a special request for Anna, who’ll insist she “absolutely cannot do that.”
General Hospital spoilers say Carly’s attempt to seek a favor won’t go over well, so stay tuned to see if this is about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) role at the WSB or something else.
