General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) problems are far from over.
Willow has been doing everything she can to keep the life she’s built for herself intact, but it could still end up in jeopardy if she faces a major downfall during Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) trial.
GH summer preview spoilers suggest Willow will still have to pay the price for her previous link to Sidwell.
That connection is going to come back to haunt Willow, who’ll be held accountable somehow.
Since we know Sidwell’s trial is coming up, what if Willow faces a horrific exposure in the middle of it?
Willow was up to her eyeballs in Sidwell drama since she went along with his fake stroke idea and relied on his paralytic doses to keep Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) drugged.
Although Willow obviously wants to keep that news quiet, there’s no guarantee she’ll be able to keep a lid on things indefinitely.
That’s especially true now that Drew is regaining his ability to speak and could potentially blab everything he knows.
Of course, there’s some lake turmoil brewing first. Drew is bound to end up in the water in a fight for his life, so we’ll see if that brings any recovery setbacks.
Willow may also finally get the leverage she needs from Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) once he bargains with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), but that may not be enough to ensure Drew’s silence in the end.
After all, Drew’s misappropriated funds mess seems like nothing compared to all the criminal horrors that Willow’s been part of.
We could certainly imagine Drew pretending he’s going to surrender to Willow’s blackmail while secretly cutting some sort of immunity deal behind her back.
Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) scored one for turning on Sidwell, so why not Drew?
Drew could easily become a star witness at Sidwell’s trial depending on how it all plays out.
That’d be a good time for Drew to spill everything and blow up Willow’s life in a big way.
Willow could wind up blindsided and terrified that she’s going to lose everything that matters to her.
This could lead to Congresswoman Cain’s career falling apart while Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) gets the kids and Willow potentially faces prison time.
