General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, July 2, indicates that at least three shockers are coming up as Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) takedown looms.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will also find the path to freedom, so here’s what GH fans can expect.
As Cullum prepares to flee with the prototype, he’ll check in with one of his agents and ask about the containment of an unknown element.
Cullum will presumably be talking about the source of the firecrackers that he previously believed to be gunfire.
Fortunately, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) got a headstart running away, so it seems they may be able to avoid any more WSB agent run-ins for now.
The same can’t be said for Liesl and Josslyn since someone just arrived looking ready to eliminate them!
Josslyn and Liesl will land in a tight spot, but help should be on the way soon enough.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is already at Wyndemere and plans to find Josslyn if she can get away from deadly Agent Harker (Matt Merchant).
There’s a good chance someone will pop up and help Carly fight Harker off, so it could be Cassius Faison aka “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) who delays his getaway to make one last appearance on Spoon Island.
“Nathan” may prove Josslyn wrong about the type of person he is at his core and save Carly as well as Joss and Obrecht in the end.
If that’s the case, “Nathan” will risk his freedom for the sake of doing the right thing.
In France, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will return to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) room and admit her Cassius accusations were spot-on.
Anna will be relieved to know Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) stopped Cassius from bolting with James West (Gary James Fuller).
In the meantime, Cody will make Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) his confidant when it comes to this whole fake Nathan situation.
It’ll leave Cody worried about James and how he’s going to handle this tough loss in his life.
In the storeroom at the gallery, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will feel like they need to act fast and find a way to help Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) before the bleeding gets any worse.
Ethan will be pretty out of it due to his gunshot wound and all the pain he’s in, so he’ll make a major revelation that stuns Ava.
That’ll probably involve Ethan’s news that he’s not Phoebe’s (Luna and Lucia Creighton) bio dad since summer preview spoilers have been hinting about that upcoming admission.
As Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) keeps his weapon on ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), he’ll seek Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) assistance when it comes to setting up a new life for himself outside of Port Charles.
However, another game-changing revelation is on the way thanks to Sonny and some info he’s been withholding.
Sonny will likely tell Sidwell about Cullum being to blame for Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) demise.
Sidwell’s shock and despair could give Justine an opportunity to dive for the gun again – or maybe there’ll be some other lucky break that gets Sonny and ADA Turner out of this jam.
Finally, John Oliver will begin his guest star arc, so there’ll be a third big reveal involving his character, who is almost certainly “Z.”
The head of the WSB is about to come blowing into Port Charles on a mission to take Cullum down, so “Z” should be Cullum’s worst nightmare.
