General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, June 4, reveals that Cassius Faison aka “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) came to Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) rescue while Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) made a big admission.
At the law office, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) showed Ethan the photo that she’d uncovered of him with Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone), so he confessed to being friends with her and hooking up once.
Ethan admitted that resulted in Delilah’s pregnancy and that he planned to meet up with her to discuss the baby in Port Charles.
That never happened since Delilah stopped returning his messages before Ethan found out she died in childbirth.
Ethan insisted he wasn’t ready to be a father and that Phoebe (Luna and Lucia Creighton) was already with parents who would love her since Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) were so great with her.
After Ethan said he’d sign his parental rights away, he convinced Alexis to make this a closed adoption – though she warned there was someone else who might be suspicious and presumably meant Ava Jerome (Maura West).
At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) held Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) responsible for pushing Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) into Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) arms due to all their clashing.
Michael argued that he’d actually been getting along better with Willow lately, so Brook Lynn backed off blaming him despite her continued Willow complaints.
Outside the Quartermaine boathouse, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) ordered Chase to pack his bags and acted like he’d be hearing from their lawyers imminently about the divorce.
Chase insisted he’d never cheat on his wife and called Brook Lynn down so she could hear Tracy’s accusations.
Tracy insisted she caught Chase with Willow in a compromising position, but she acknowledged that what happened wasn’t exactly physical.
Even so, Tracy pushed Brook Lynn to trust her on this. If Chase hadn’t cheated already, Tracy was certain that he would.
Brook Lynn spoke with Chase alone and was upset over this being the second time he was cozying up to Willow in the same day.
Willow’s feelings for Chase were obvious as far as Brook Lynn was concerned.
However, Chase was adamant that Tracy overreacted and that Willow was simply a friend.
Chase also pointed out that Willow was helping them adopt Phoebe and even offered him a chief of staff job, which could be better for Phoebe in the long run.
Brook Lynn acted like she was OK with everything in the end, but she still looked on edge.
Once a cheerful Willow returned home, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) learned her daughter’s good mood was about running into Chase.
Nina wasn’t sure spending so much time with Chase was a good idea, but Willow hinted that they might be spending even more time together soon.
Nina found out about Willow offering Chase the chief of staff position and spelled out all the reasons why it was a bad idea.
Nina also worried that Willow was setting herself up for heartbreak by getting so close to Chase.
Back at the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy vented to Michael about Chase.
Michael thought maybe Tracy should just sit back and let Brook Lynn’s marriage to Chase implode on its own.
At the coffee warehouse, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and one of his men brought Pascal Leveque (Marc Forget) in.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) appeared, which led to Pascal realizing Lucas had pointed the cops at him.
Now that Pascal could be killed by Sidwell, Sonny pushed him to save his own life by helping them instead.
Sidwell and Laura needed Pascal to retrieve the blackmail photos and negatives, but Pascal knew Sidwell would shoot him on the spot if he went back to Wyndemere.
It was decided that Pascal would give the safe combination to Lucas so he could get the blackmail material instead.
Pascal was promised money and safe transport out of the country if things worked out the way Sonny wanted.
Lucas also forced Pascal to hand over Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) tie.
At Wyndemere, Sidwell was tempted to just kill Josslyn since she was proving to be more trouble than she was worth.
Cassius popped up and made it clear that he’d no longer be part of the project if Josslyn was eliminated.
Sidwell still needed “Nathan” at the PCPD, so he relented after Cassius promised he’d make sure there were no more issues.
Josslyn discreetly dropped her ring on the floor and shoved it aside, so she was obviously hoping someone might find it and recognize it as hers.
Once Cassius threw Josslyn back in captivity, she once again pushed him to get out of this mess and offered to help him get immunity.
Cassius insisted it wasn’t happening, but he seemed conflicted after he left Josslyn alone.
Next on Thursday’s GH episode, Lucas joined Sidwell, who blamed himself for not seeing how obsessed Pascal was and for bringing the butler into their lives.
Lucas acted pleased at the possibility of finally getting justice for Marco.
Josslyn’s ring remained on the floor nearby unseen while this conversation was playing out.
General Hospital spoilers say Josslyn’s ring could become a crucial clue soon, so stay tuned for any shocking news that’s looming.
