General Hospital Tuesday, April 28 Recap: Isaiah’s Car Scratch, Michael Fails to Neutralize Willow

General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, April 28, reveals that Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) scratched up his car while Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) settled on a new strategy against Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

In Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) office, he spoke to Michael about his theory that Isaiah was the other driver who fled from the crash site.

A little later, Curtis bumped into Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) at the hospital and subtly pumped her for info about the night of the crash.

Portia wound up mentioning that she was with Isaiah at the cabin, but he had to return to town for an emergency house call.

As for Isaiah, he showed up at GH complaining since he’s scraped the side of his car in a parking garage mishap.

Isaiah beat himself up over making such a preventable mistake that was going to cost so much money to repair.

Isaiah eventually called Willow to ask for Kai Taylor’s (Jens Austin Astrup) phone number.

Since Kai was standing in Willow’s office, she put him on the phone right then and there.

Isaiah needed Kai’s help at GH, where he explained there was a young boy named Derek who was a big fan of Kai’s from his PCU football days.

Since Derek was down in the dumps over being stuck in the hospital for so long, Isaiah asked Kai to cheer him up.

Derek was thrilled over Kai’s visit and wanted to talk stats with him.

Next, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) cornered Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and got confirmation that one of his friends from medical school was a very in-demand plastic surgeon in Los Angeles.

There was a long wait list, but Lucas agreed to reach out and see what he could do.

Since Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) saved Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) from the fire at Charlie’s Pub, she called him a hero when she found Lucas in his office.

Kristina wanted to do something at the youth center in memory of Marco, so she asked Lucas to share more about him.

Lucas mentioned Marco’s love for tennis, so Kristina settled on adding some tennis courts and naming that portion of the facility after Marco.

In Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) room, she worried about what would happen since she was essentially the face of Sidwell’s company.

If Jordan’s scars were going to be a distraction, she considered the possibility that Sidwell would fire her.

Jordan also acknowledged maybe that wouldn’t be such a bad thing.

As Jordan opened up to ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) about everything she was dealing with, she got plenty of support.

Jordan eventually spoke to Curtis about having to wait a month before she could even begin to discuss surgical options for her face.

Curtis continued to fume over his hunch that Isaiah was the other driver and privately pushed Justine to look into him.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) gushed over Phoebe before Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) grumbled about the baby keeping her up in the night.

Chase asked where Brook Lynn’s car was and wondered if she left it at Deception.

Brook Lynn froze up a bit and stalled momentarily by putting Phoebe in her bassinet.

Tracy piped up that she was having Brook Lynn’s car detailed along with her own since there was a two-for-one deal.

Chase didn’t think Tracy was someone who cared about saving money on something like that, but Tracy acted like everyone loved a good bargain!

Once Chase left, Tracy pushed Brook Lynn to do a better job covering and maintained that not even Chase could know what happened that night..

Tracy and Brook Lynn were discussing Jordan’s accident when Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) appeared nearby, but she seemingly didn’t overhear anything suspicious.

Instead, Trina wanted to pass along a package that was delivered up to the apartment by mistake.

Brook Lynn used this opportunity to ask about Jordan’s recovery, which clearly irritated Tracy.

BLQ also praised Trina for her performance at Charlie’s Pub recently since she saw the video despite missing it live.

After Brook Lynn hinted about Trina maybe singing professionally, she offered up her contacts in the music industry if Trina ever wanted to take that route.

Tracy scolded Brook Lynn after Trina was gone since she didn’t think BLQ should be getting tangled up with the Ashfords and making them suspicious.

Meanwhile, Michael showed up at Willow’s request for a meeting.

Willow apologized for what happened at Crimson with Jacinda (Paige Herschell) since she felt it was best to get along with Michael for the sake of the kids.

After Willow asked for a favor, she revealed that she wanted Michael’s permission to take the children to Disney World this summer.

Michael approved and suggested coordinating their schedules since he planned on taking the kids to Hawaii this summer, too.

When Chase showed up with a bouquet of flowers for Willow, he hoped he wasn’t interrupting.

Michael was wrapping things up with Willow anyway, but he seemed intrigued over Chase and his flower delivery as he left.

Afterward, Michael met up with Kristina and told her that the key to neutralizing Willow had been staring him in the face this whole time.

Back in Willow’s office, Chase gave her the flowers and thanked her for putting in a good word on the Phoebe situation.

Once Chase learned Michael was being reasonable, he thought it was about time and continued to blame Michael for framing Willow.

Willow suggested if Michael had just been reasonable from the start, none of this would’ve gone as far as it did.

Chase felt that Willow was and always had been too good for Michael.

General Hospital spoilers say Chase is in for a rude awakening when it comes to Willow’s cover-up, so stay tuned to see when he’ll get that stunning news.
