General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, August 25, reveals that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) realized she might have to add to her list of deadly victims.
Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) also reached out to someone over the phone with some important information.
At the Metro Court pool, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) tried to offer reassurance about Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) future and pushed Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) not to risk ruining their relationship with manipulation.
Over with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he calmed Anna down following her panic attack and worried about her apparent PTSD.
Anna assumed the WSB was still monitoring her, so she refused to step back from work or draw attention to any mental struggles since she didn’t want to get locked back up.
Anna also kept quiet about her Peter August (Wes Ramsey) hallucinations, but she ultimately assured Valentin that she had a grip on things and claimed she’d see a therapist.
After Valentin reconvened with Carly later, she praised him for being a good friend to Anna.
At the Metro Court Gardens, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) still wanted Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) intel, but she didn’t want Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) doing anything to indebt herself to the WSB.
Liesl was glad to hear Britt’s romance was going well and later invited Jason to a Labor Day barbecue that she was hosting, so he accepted the invitation.
Back with Anna, she watched Jason with Britt and Liesl in the distance.
“Peter” reminded Anna that she would only have peace if she killed Britt and pushed her to kill anyone who stood in her way.
It looks like Jason and Obrecht could be in danger as well if they do anything to interfere with Anna’s deadly goal.
Next, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) brought Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) a plant as a housewarming gift and was surprised over his new roommate situation with Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett).
Lucas thought it was going to work out well for both of them and bonded with Joe on the sofa before takeout arrived.
At GH, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) caught a glimpse of Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) pushing Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) in a wheelchair and smiling with him ahead of tests for his injured knee.
Ric was disheartened about the Liz situation when he met with Lulu, who gave him some advice about keeping things simple instead of complicating things with a proposal right now.
After Ric got in touch with Elizabeth over the phone, she agreed to attend Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) upcoming barbecue with him.
Liz also asked Ric if he’d go to a new exhibit at The Chuck with her, so he was tickled pink and thanked Lulu for her help since he just scored two dates with Elizabeth.
Outside the Quartermaine boathouse, Josslyn made it clear to a skeptical Hudson that he’d be replaced if he didn’t support her decision to accept the CEO job.
Hudson acted like he was wrong to doubt Jasper “Jax” Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) choice before and pretended he was on board with Josslyn in the role.
Once Josslyn left, Hudson called someone and offered the latest news on Josslyn accepting the gig.
Hudson knew Josslyn needed to change her mind and vowed to make it happen.
General Hospital spoilers say Hudson won’t be able to talk Josslyn out of this since she’s acting on the WSB’s orders, so stay tuned.
