General Hospital (GH) recap for Wednesday, April 15, reveals that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) was dealt a heartbreaking blow while ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) was on a mission.
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) also spooked Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), so here’s how Wednesday’s action played out.
At Wyndemere, Sidwell ripped into Ezra for his incompetence since it was his job to get Laura Collins (Genie Francis) on board with his plans.
Ezra lashed out over Sidwell being the common denominator in all his failures, so Sidwell took a gun out and scared him by hinting about his “severance package.”
After Ava Jerome (Maura West) paid Laura a visit and talked her into pushing through Sidwell’s new helicopter flight plan herself, she shared the good news with Sidwell.
Sidwell questioned why Ava would do that for him, so she suggested she wanted to lighten his load during his time of grief.
The move impressed Sidwell, so it seemed like he was realizing just how much he could rely on Ava and her loyalty.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) ranted to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) about Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) being out of control since she assumed he scraped up BLQ’s car during a joyride.
Brook Lynn confessed she’d been the one to scrape up the car on a guardrail after swerving to avoid an accident on Route 91.
Tracy quizzed Brook Lynn, who admitted she had no idea about Jordan and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) crash at the time.
Brook Lynn also came clean about having a glass of wine beforehand and wanting to avoid a breathalyzer test.
Tracy made it clear that it could ruin Brook Lynn’s life if she confessed to the cops or anyone else, so she insisted the secret would stay between them.
Tracy also instructed Brook Lynn to cover her car with a tarp by the boathouse and let her handle everything.
At the police station, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) spoke to Justine about the single-car crash and acknowledged that the other driver may not have known it happened.
Once talk turned to Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) case, Dante handed over the latest info from forensics and was adamant that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) wasn’t behind Marco’s grim fate.
Justine and Dante discussed the fact that Marco’s phone was missing from the crime scene, so Dante thought digging into that could lead to their suspect.
After Dante got a call about Ezra being close to drunk and disorderly at Brown Dog Bar, he gave Laura a heads-up.
Dante suggested Laura might want to get revenge for other times when Ezra put a camera on her by having someone livestream Ezra’s downfall.
Laura decided to visit the bar, where drunk Ezra was going on a tirade that included some complaints about her.
Next, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) offered to spot “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) in the workout area.
“Nathan” asked if he knew Josslyn, so Joss acted like his rusty memory was understandable since they barely knew each other before his fake demise.
After Josslyn offered a reminder of who she was, “Nathan” acknowledged she was Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) daughter and acted like he remembered her now.
Josslyn kept bringing up Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and eventually mentioned his book with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) on the cover.
“Nathan” got agitated and made it clear that Faison was a sensitive topic for his family.
Josslyn ultimately apologized for overstepping and not considering “Nathan’s” feelings, but he seemed on edge over her Faison curiosity.
Although “Nathan” wrapped up their interaction with a fake nice act, he seemed suspicious of Josslyn.
At GH, Dr. Caldwell examined Jordan’s face and neck after removing her bandages. The combination of burns and lacerations left Dr. Caldwell concerned about the potential for scarring.
This news left Jordan down in the dumps, so she wasn’t interested in chatting when Justine showed up with flowers.
Outside Jordan’s room, Curtis fumed over how long it had taken to get help due to the other driver bolting, so he spoke to Justine about that.
Justine realized that may have affected Jordan’s injuries and met back up with Dante, who was surprised by her sudden drive to nail the other driver for fleeing the scene.
Meanwhile, Curtis assured Jordan that they’d get the best plastic surgeon, but she remained distraught and pushed for a mirror so she could see the damage herself.
Curtis reluctantly provided the mirror Jordan asked for and helped remove her bandages so she could see the extent of her injuries.
The sight of the cuts and burns left Jordan distressed.
After Jordan sent Curtis to get someone who could help with more bandages, she broke down in tears alone.
General Hospital spoilers say Jordan will have to tackle this difficult aspect of her recovery, so stay tuned.
