General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, August 19, indicate that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will dish out a stern warning.
GH fans will also see Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) get rattled, so he may sense that trouble is looming.
Plus, Ava Jerome (Maura West) has a surprise coming up thanks to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Now that Drew and Ava have agreed to join forces against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), they’ll have another strategy session.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will eventually face off with Drew, so we’ll see if she might notice him bonding with Ava and object.
After Drew reminds Nina that they have an agreement, he may push her not to do anything to ruin it since it won’t go well for anyone involved.
That could lead to Drew admitting to Ava that he’s reached an understanding with Nina and Willow, which could leave her puzzled over the details.
Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) helped Nina and Willow blackmail Drew into silence, but he still wants revenge.
That’s something Nina may worry about when she opens up to Brennan later.
Now that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is threatening Willow with those signed affidavits, that should be another source of concern for Nina.
Brennan will sense that all this is spiraling out of control, so he’ll push Nina to be careful and avoid letting Willow sink her, too.
Over with Kai, he’ll get spooked on Wednesday’s GH episode.
That might involve a move from Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) stalker, but it could also involve Willow lashing out over Trina and Kai helping Michael.
Kai may turn in his resignation if he’s not already fired.
It’s clear that Kai is playing a dangerous game, so Willow may deliver a warning in response.
Wednesday’s weekly preview clip features Willow declaring, “Walking away unscathed won’t be as simple as you think.”
Could Willow tell Kai that and leave him unsettled? Will it be someone else who faces Willow’s fierce threat instead?
As for Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), he’ll head over to Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) place and seek some words of wisdom.
Ric might need counsel on popping the question to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), but this could also be about Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) obvious connection with her.
Despite Ric’s concerns, Sonny may think his brother should trust Liz’s feelings for him and avoid worrying about her friendship with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Sonny may doubt that Dante ever really got over Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and view his son’s bond with Liz as platonic.
Ric won’t have the same opinion once he catches a glimpse of Dante and Elizabeth looking too close for comfort!
It’ll lead to Ric deciding it’s time to team up with Lulu to tear Dante and Liz apart before it’s too late.
Across town, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will receive a proposition that she didn’t see coming.
Will Michael push Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to choose Jordan as her CEO replacement pick?
Could another opportunity land in Jordan’s lap instead?
